Pierre McLean has been involved in the real estate industry in various capacities since 1995. He has experience in commercial mortgage brokerage, property management, operating owner occupied commercial real estate and commercial investment properties which augments his ability to understand financing commercial real estate from an investor's perspective. This provides a fundamental understanding of the needs of commercial real estate sponsors seeking funding for their deals and refinancing their existing portfolio. Capitalizing on his innate passion for the industry, he endeavors to assist investors during the funding process while sourcing capital for their projects. Previously, he was the managing principal of Synergy Real Estate Group, LLC for eight years as one of his real estate functions over his career before launching Commercial Mortgage Funding, LLC in 2011. Synergy Real Estate Group, LLC bought, repositioned, leased-up, stabilized and disposed of real assets in New Jersey markets including single family, residential condo, multifamily, car wash, etc. It also helped other real estate sponsors to acquire/dispose of commercial real estate in the New York Metro/Tri-state area(New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania) as a buy side/sell side agent implementing creative deal structuring, co-GP equity investing and leveraging capital markets and CRE relationships. His immersion in the capital raising process and efficiently executing intermediary functions through sourcing debt and/or equity for the asset class increases broker's professional capacity in closing difficult deals. He has a Masters in Real Estate from Georgetown University, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate (BSBA in Real Estate) from Thomas Edison State College and is a New York Licensed Real Estate Broker.
