What I like most about being a Front Desk Coordinator: I love being able to connect with families and hear their concerns and am proud to be at a place where their concerns are genuinely heard and the growth of their kiddo(s) are just as important to us as it is to them. I also love being able to see the growth over time and watch them hit their milestones and the happiness that ensues when they do! Experience: I began working when I was 14 at a local hair salon here in Colorado where I feel that greatly helped me develop my customer service skills at a young age. When I was 16 I then moved to Louisiana where I continued to work in retail management, just in a completely different culture. Working in that field and environment really helped me to connect with people from all walks of life and helped me to gain more experience as time went on. As I continued to work in management I knew I loved working with the public but always wanted to work around children in a way that felt more helpful than what was current. Once I made the decision to move back home to Colorado, I was lucky enough to find this position where I truly have not been happier in a work environment. I also have experience volunteering at local hospitals where that helped mold my character and where I gained experience and knowledge in a medical setting. I feel my past experience with working primarily in retail management really helped to prepare me for this role and has molded me into the best coordinator I can be, and continue to grow to be!
