Our office is located at 26 Walker Drive, Charlottetown, PEI. We employ full time maintenance, office, and cleaning staff. We also provide a 24 hour emergency service to our tenants... The types of apartments we supply vary from heritage, complete with high ceilings, hardwood floors and mantles, to more modern units... We also offer furnished apartments in downtown Charlottetown in bachelor and 2 bedroom units. These units include heat, hot water, fridge & stove, electricity, cable television, local phone service, furniture, minimal cookware and utensils.
