Dr. Suraj Bhagde performs all General Anterior Segment Ophthalmic and Glaucoma Surgeries in adults. He specializes in Squint surgeries for patients of all ages. Dr. Bhagde has conducted independent Clinical Research studies in Ophthalmology and has got two papers published. His Grace Chaitanya Charan Das is a mentor, monk and speaker. He has been a spiritual teacher for nearly 25 years in ISKCON. He has authored more than 27 books that explain the relevance of Vedic wisdom and maintains daily blog gitadaily.com on the Bhagavad Gita. He has been invited to TEDx, World Peace Conference- UNESCO, Intel, Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, Stanford, Princeton, Yale, Harvard, MIT, Cambridge, etc. and gives 400 talks across 100 cities in 4 continents every year.
His Grace Gaur Vilas Das pursued MBBS from JJ hospital and Grant Medical College. He joined ISKCON full-time in 2010. He is faculty member of Bhaktivedanta Academy for culture and education at ISKCON Chowpatty and ISKCON Mira Road, teaching bhagavad gita and other scriptures. He is also one of the admin members of ISKCON Youth services chowpatty. He travels to various parts of Maharashtra sharing messages of Bhagavat Gita. He has been involved in teaching life management lessons based on principles of Bhagavad Gita to students of JJ, Lokmanya Tilak Medical College and Cooper Hospital. He is also a member of the translation team which produced the 18 volume Marathi translation of the 18000 shlokas Shrimad Bhagavatam and Chief Editor for Back to Godhead Magazine, India. He is a Senior Brahmachari resident of Sri Sri Radhe Gopinath Mandir, Chowpatty from 1990. He speaks extensively at various temples, colleges, Management & Engg colleges, guiding & inspiring the youth in their spiritual journey.
His Grace Gauranga Priya Das completed his MBBS in 2000 from Nair Hospital. He has been associated with ISKCON since 1995, but it was in 2001 he decided to dedicate his life to complete the mission of Sirla Prabhupad. For 12 years he led the medical department and guest reception department of ISKCON Chowpatty. For the last eight years, he has been conducting Journey of Self Discovery Course for the Bhaktivedanta Hospital & Research Institute patients and staff. Mr. Das is also a spiritual counsellor of the Spiritual Care Department, Consultant Doctors and Managers.
