Arthur Bibeau

Arthur Bibeau brings a diverse background of commercial real estate experience to Bibeau & Company, including, appraisal, construction, lending and management. Art began his career as a real estate appraiser, joining a major commercial appraisal and consulting firm in Portland. Commercial valuation assignments were completed for a wide range of commercial and institutional clients. Art later joined TD Bank where he pursued a career in commercial lending. He managed the bank's construction loan department and maintained a multi-million dollar loan portfolio, consisting primarily of real estate developers, contractors, and investors. In 1998, Art established Bibeau & Company. He is involved in all aspects and oversight of the company's daily operation. Art graduated with honors from the University of Southern Maine, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics. He lives in Portland with his wife and two sons.

Brian Denison

Brian joined Bibeau & Company in October 2019, bringing 35 years of commercial and residential property management experience. Most recently, Brian spent 20 years managing a large class A office complex in Scarborough, ME. Brian lives in Cape Elizabeth with his wife, Maryanne, in his childhood home, which was originally built by his father. He has two grown sons who live in Washington, D.C. and New Hampshire. Brian has been a member of the Cape Elizabeth Fire Department for 45 years serving in many different positions including Lieutenant and Captain.

Deborah Bibeau

Deborah began her financial career in 1994 in the Workout Department of TD Bank. She transitioned to underwriting commercial loan requests and became a senior analyst, focusing on large market clients. In 1997, she was promoted to group lead and ultimately to assistant manager of the credit department. Her duties included hiring and training new analysts as well as reviewing analyses to be presented for loan approval. After five years in underwriting, Deborah rounded her banking career by becoming a portfolio loan officer for the real estate group. In 2006, Deborah joined her husband, Art, at Bibeau & Company. Together, they handle all aspects of their company. Deborah graduated from The George Washington University with a B.A in Philosophy. She and her family live in Portland. During the warmer months, Deborah spends her weekends as support crew for her sons' baseball and golf endeavors. When snow flies, she spends her spare time emulating Jonny Moseley with limited success.

Kirk Moran

Kirk joined Bibeau & Company in the fall of 2020, bringing a wide-ranging background in logistics and operations. He served in various managerial roles, most notably as a distribution center manager for 23 years for a sporting goods company. In that capacity, Kirk supervised a staff of 100 employees and oversaw delivery and supply chain management as well budgeting. Prior to his time as a manager, Kirk was a teacher for ten years in Northern Maine. Kirk is an avid golfer, a basketball coach and referee, and general sports enthusiast. He lives in Saco and enjoys spending time with his family.

Robert Littlefield

Bob has an extensive background in the residential, industrial, and commercial maintenance disciplines and holds a State of Maine Real Estate License. After four years as an aircraft mechanic in the United States Air Force, Bob continued his career as a mechanic in the civilian aircraft business. He is also a 1988 graduate from the Industrial Maintenance Apprenticeship Program at Bath Iron Works. Eventually he transitioned into the CAD design field developing HVAC systems for the Destroyer Program at Bath Iron Works. In 1997, Bob moved into the business of buying, selling, general contracting and repairing and remodeling residential property in the Portland area. A decade later, he joined Bibeau & Company, Inc. and has furthered his experience in the Commercial Maintenance Industry. Bob lives in Westbrook and has two children, Tyler and Ryan, who have graduated from college and are currently working in their desired career fields.

Ross R. Brown Sr.

Ross brings a wide variety of experience and knowledge to Bibeau & Company. He had a fifteen year career in manufacturing at Sappi Paper Company in Westbrook, Maine prior to earning an Associate's Degree in Applied Engineering at Southern Maine Community College. After graduation, Ross worked in residential construction as a builder, and he was a project manager for Patco Construction overseeing the development of several new homes in York and Cumberland counties. He also worked as a drafter and designer with Hancock Lumber and Maine Cedar Logs Homes in Windham. Ross has an excellent understanding of the needs of property owners and tenants and enjoys providing service and support while working with owners, tenants, and contractors to resolve maintenance issues. Ross is currently managing the maintenance operations for Maine Medical Partners in Scarborough.

Scott Dyer

Scott was born and raised in Westbrook, Maine where he enjoyed fishing excursions and exploring the great outdoors with his three brothers and grandfather. Scott spent over 25 years in the construction trades traveling extensively and specializing in commercial and residential tile work. Most recently, Scott has worked in the property management field managing both residential and commercial properties. Scott is an avid amateur historian and has spent many weekends on the battlefields of the south helping the State of Maine in their campaign to "Save the Colors" and preserve Maine's Civil War Battle Flags. Scott and his wife reside in Windham, Maine with their teenage son. Together, they enjoy annual vacations to Cape Breton as well as kayaking, biking, and hiking. They also have a daughter, Meagan, who resides in Issaquah, Washington.
