Fatih Mehmet CAVLI was born in Elazığ in 1973. He graduated from İstanbul Technical University Civil Engineering Faculty in 1995. He started his career in Yapısan İnşaat San. Ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. same year as the site manager of Küçükköy Sarımsaklı (Balıkesir) sewage system construction. After the experience of 5 years on site, he became the General Coordinator of the project in the headquarters in Ankara and appointed as the Project Managerof the Wind and Hydro Powerplant projects. He worked as the Project Manager both on site and headquarters for Bandırma WEPP, Darıca I HEPP, Mazı-3 WEPP, Soma WEPP, Aliağa WEPP, Zeytineli WEPP and Bucakkışla HEPP on site studies, feasibility studies, project, construction and commissioning phases. He was appointed as Deputy Executive Director of Bilgin Energy Holding and its subsidiaries in 2015. He is still serving as Deputy Executive Directorof the Company responsible for technical and administrative affairs. He is married and has two daughters.

M. Vehbi BİLGİN started İstanbul Technical University Civil Engineering Faculty in 1965. He was awarded a scholarship by TUBITAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey). He graduated as a Civil Engineer, M.Sc. in 1970. He started his professional life and worked as a civil engineer in some state entities between 1970 and 1976. He decided to work in private sector and started working as site manager and project manager between 1976 and 1979. Then he started his own business focusing on infrastructure and industrial buildings between 1979 and 1994. He focused on energy business and started developing renewable energy projects, making the investments and finally realizing self-developed projects. He embodied all the energy projects under "Bilgin Energy Investment Holding" and is currently the chairman of the board. He is still working on new energy projects. M. Vehbi BİLGİN is married and has two sons who are in the top management of the company.

Ü. Tolga BİLGİN was born in Ankara in 1974. He graduated from Bilkent University Faculty of Business Administration. He started working in the accounting and finance department of the company just after the university. Starting from 1998, he focused on development of wind projects, making the feasibility studies and conducting the administrational processes of these projects in the Ministry of Energy and National Resources (MENR). He was promoted to Project Development Manager in 2001 and he conducted the tender for electromechanical suppliers and the agreement process. He was also responsible for finding the project financing, making the negotiations and finalizing the finance agreement process. He administered the acquiring state permissions and project installation processes. He played a major and important role in realizing Bandırma WEPP, the first private sector licensed wind energy project in Turkey. Apart from those, he also leaded application, feasibility studies, financing and acquirement of state licenses process for the hydro power plants. He got the first volunteer carbon reduction certificate in Turkey for the wind and hydro projects of the group so that the company has started to trade in the world carbon market. Ü. Tolga Bilgin was appointed as the CEO of the Bilgin Energy Holding and its subsidiaries in 2014 and he is still in the office. He was also appointed as a board member in Genel Energy, an energy company listed in the London Stock Exchange and an affiliate of Bilgin Energy, in 2016. Ü. Tolga Bilgin leaded the whole process of acquisition of Samsun Combined Cycle Natural Gas Power Plant from Austrian oil and gas company OMV, including bidding, purchasing, agreement negotiations and financing. This important acquisition doubled the installed capacity of the whole group portfolio and strengthened Bilgin Energy's position of being one of the major key players in the Turkish Energy market. Ü.
