A native of Yucatan, Mexico, Camilo adds a cross cultural understanding of powerful visual communications to his work that pays off year after year. As an art director dedicated to finding the most cost-effective and creative solutions for all challenges, he takes a hands-on approach to working with artists and collaborating with clients to bring creative concepts to life. Camilo graduated from the Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles, California, and when he's not working on winning campaign designs, he volunteers as a consultant for the United Nations, United Nations Development Programme, and The GEF Small Grants Programme. For over a decade he has overseen and engaged in content and collateral creation from concept to completion for a variety of international stakeholders, UN events and special presentations. In his free time, Camilo enjoys traveling with his family throughout the U.S. to his family home in Yucatan.

Daniel Nadhazi

A natural communicator and marketer, Dan is passionate about building and maintaining great client relationships and delivering quality service. Always up for a challenge, Dan makes a point of clearly identifying client goals and understanding their critical communication needs that allows him to develop successful marketing strategies. He takes pride in raising the bar by constantly introducing fresh ideas, and appreciates the work involved that results in a job well done. Bringing over 9 years' experience in marketing and client services from a variety of industries, Dan honed his marketing chops working closely with clients such as Verizon, Live Nation and The Children's Tumor Foundation before joining BizMark. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Communications from The University of Connecticut, Dan is an avid hobbyist, dabbling in everything from obscure DIY projects to yoga. When he's not in the office, you'll most likely find him in his kitchen jamming to loud music while attempting to cook restaurant-quality meals.

Deirdre Fletcher

Deirdre Fletcher brings a continual focus on the end-user to every project we undertake at BizMark. With 20 years in Marketing, Deirdre's industry experience ranges from financial services to academia to managed services and healthcare. Formerly an SVP, Account Supervisor at VGS Creative, Deirdre managed a team that created award-winning work for clients such as Oxford Health Care, Wellesley College, Yale University, Clayton, BMW Financial Services, Orange and Rockland Power, and Diageo. Prior to VGS, Deirdre was on the client side, most recently as the VP, Marketing for E-Sync Technologies, a managed services and IT consulting provider. Deirdre's financial services experience was earned at Citibank. She worked as VP, Brand Marketing Manager for the Global Cash and Trade business and as an AVP, Marketing Manager for CitiMortgage. In both positions, Deirdre managed online, advertising, internal communications and sales enablement campaigns. Deirdre launched the first ever CitiMortgage website, and her team received a Star award for best campaign from the Mortgage Bankers Association. Deirdre holds an MBA in Marketing and Management from NYU's Stern School of Business and a BS in Marketing from Fairfield University. Beyond playing the role of Julie McCoy for all Family Fletcher activities, Deirdre is an active leader in the Redding school PTAs, manager of basketball and baseball booster clubs and an enthusiastic volunteer for the National Charity League.

Denise Schimenti

Denise worked on the client side of the credit card industry so long, she now has over 100 million frequent flyer miles (okay, maybe a few less). In over a decade at Mastercard in their Digital Marketing division, Denise partnered with clients to deliver customized marketing programs to grow their portfolios. She also developed and managed a highly trafficked marketing center portal that directly served an ever-expanding customer base. With American Express, Denise worked in traditional marketing channels including direct mail, digital and print to launch co-branded card products for AmEx's consumer card services group. She also worked for their Membership Rewards loyalty program team where research helped her create and procure exclusive offerings for high-value cardholders. Denise is a graduate of New York University. Married with three kids and two dogs, she is an avid volunteer for causes including her local PTA and parish, and organizations that support and raise funds for breast cancer research.

Ed Gillespie

Beyond his breakthrough ideas, Ed's experience with P&L responsibilities give him an advanced perspective that helps deliver cost-effective and highly-feasible innovations that motivate response. Ed's skills have helped launch technology, publishing and financial services products, transform traditional operation models and create insightful segmentation approaches. Ed has also co-authored ground-breaking research with Yankelovich, Inc. that uncovered the attitudes and behaviors that drive small business success. His pioneering direct marketing approaches open new channels, new markets and new revenue streams. Ed earned a BA degree from the University of Virginia and his MBA with honors from New York University. He has lectured at colleges and universities, the Direct Marketing Association and has been quoted in major publications, including The Wall Street Journal and Entrepreneur. Jane Steimer

Jane earned a BA in English Literature from Binghamton University. She resides in Westport (CT) and enjoys long walks with her crazy dog, Asta, as well as frequent visits to NYC to sample museums, restaurants and the NYCB.

Kim Marsden

Over the past 10+ years, she has developed extensive experience in product marketing, brand development, and integrated marketing plans. Her industry background ranges from manufacturing to healthcare to education and tourism, and has worked with teams around the world to bring products to market and manage targeted communication strategies. Kim attended Towson university, earning her Bachelor's degree in sports management and loves live events, traveling and a strong cup of coffee. When not in the office, Kim can be found jogging on the picturesque streets of Norwalk, Connecticut, where she lives with her husband, Matt and their dog, Rollins.

Kristen Dunbar

She also ran her own Connecticut-based design firm for 11 years. As an award-winning designer and creative pro in both B2B and B2C verticals, Virginia has deep experience in the financial services, pharmaceutical, insurance, healthcare, nonprofits, software, CPG, catalog, book publishing, and corporate communications industries.
