Aaron Flores, Ph.D. , currently serves as Vice President of Strategy and Product Development at Hanger, Inc. Aaron has led several organizations in his 14 year tenure at Hanger including Innovative Neurotronics, Surefit, and the Hanger Fabrication Network. Prior to joining Hanger, Aaron worked several years at divisions of Johnson and Johnson leading product development, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. Aaron holds BS, MS, and PhD degrees in Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School. He has published research in different fields including O&P and holds several US and international patents.

Angela Saunders is an experienced sales leader, executive, and director, with over 12 years of professional service in the Orthotics & Prosthetics industry. She has extensive insight into developing go-to-market strategies and building strong partner relationships all over the world. As CEO of Vorum, she brought cutting-edge digital workflow solutions to the custom orthotic and prosthetic field, empowering clinicians to spend more time with their patients. Angela holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Biochemistry from Queen's University.

DELPHINE HANTON

After her preparatory classes, Delphine Hanton joined the Grenoble School of Management and completed her studies with an MBA in the United States. After starting her career in financial auditing at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Paris, she joined Thuasne Group as administrative and financial manager in 2008 and became administrative and financial director in 2013. In early 2016, Delphine was appointed deputy general manager, expanding her scope to include IT, legal affairs, and then regulatory affairs. Delphine was then appointed CEO of Thuasne Group in March 2020.

Dr. David M. Scher

Dr. David M. Scher - MD Dr. Scher is a Professor of Clinical Orthopaedic Surgery at Weill Cornell Medical College and an Attending Orthopaedic Surgeon in the Division of Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgery at Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City, where he is co-medical director of the Leon Root Motion Analysis Lab.

DR. Elizabeth Condliffe

Dr. Condliffe's clinical work and research are driven by an interest in improving clinical interventions to promote neuroplastic change and reduce multisystem impacts of impairments throughout the lifespan of people with cerebral palsy and other causes of long-term neurodisabilities. As a biomedical engineer, neurophysiololgist and physiatrist, she focuses on improving clinical interventions to promote neuroplastic change and reduce multi-system impacts of impairments throughout the lifespan of people. She uses technological innovations including robot-assisted walking, neurophysiologic, biomechanical and clinical tools in assessments, for rehabilitation or as assistive devices. This helps us understand the mechanisms of impairments, deliver targeted interventions, and evaluate them.

Dr. Thomas C. Bulea

Dr. Bulea received his Ph.D. in biomedical engineering from Case Western Reserve University and is a Tenure Track Investigator in the Rehabilitation Medicine Department at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD. Dr. Bulea's research focuses on integration of neural interfacing with rehabilitation robotics to develop new therapeutic tools and interventions for treatment of movement disorders and paralysis. Dr. Bulea is the principal investigator on the NIH trial of the Agilik and a co-inventor of the Agilik system. Dr. Thomas C. Bulea is an employee of the NIH Clinical Center which is part of the National Institutes of Health, an Agency under the US Department of Health and Human Services. Fabrizio Brocchieri

Fabrizio Brocchieri is an experienced financial advisor and executive with over 25 years of practice in execution and financing of M&A transactions. He has also been chief financial officer and board member of a renewable energy company from the start-up phase until the financial sponsor exit, through the international expansion and strategic re-positioning of the sustainable E-mobility business. Fabrizio spent most of his professional career working for Deutsche Bank Corporate and Investment Banking, Intesa Sanpaolo International Banking Division and he is currently managing director of Capital Insight Partners, an independent financial advisory boutique. Fabrizio graduated from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, and lives in Milan with his wife and four children.

Thomas DiBello

Mr. DiBello has lectured extensively on Lower Extremity Orthotics nationally and internationally, has authored chapters in textbooks and authored three chapters in editions of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, Atlas of Orthotics. Tom is a Fellow of the AAOP and received the Academy's Distinguished Practitioner Award. He was awarded the AOPA's Lifetime Achievement Award in 2015. Tom is a Past President of the Academy and Past President for two successive years of the AOPA. Most recently he was awarded the prestigious J.E. Hanger award for Outcomes from Hanger Clinic. Tom is Clinical Assistant Professor at the Baylor College of Medicine, Honorary Adjunct Faculty at Texas Women's University, Chairman of the Advisory Committee of the Baylor College of Medicine's Master of Science Program in Orthotics and Prosthetics, and is a Director in the Department of Clinical and Scientific Affairs, Hanger Clinic, a clinical research orthotist, and a practicing orthotist at Hanger Clinic.
