Dharak A. Mehta is the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of BLS International Services Limited. He has been associated with our Company since 2020. In our Company, He handles Secretarial Compliance and legal functions of the BLS group. He holds a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS), a Bachelor of laws (LL.B) from the University of Mumbai. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holding ICSI membership No. FCS 12878. He has more than 10 years of rich experience of working with Listed companies in the field of Company Law, Securities Laws, FEMA Compliances, Corporate Governance, Merger and Amalgamation and other allied corporate Laws etc. Before his association with our Company, he was previously served as the Legal Head and Company Secretary of Kisan Mouldings Limited, the Manager - Secretarial & Compliance of IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited, and Manager - Secretarial and Legal of EMCO Limited, and has previously been associated with Indo Count Industries Limited.

Mr Amit Sudhakar is a Chartered Accountant by profession with versatile experience in various areas of accounting and finance in Manufacturing & Service industry. Amit carries with him a wealth of experience of more than 25 years in Business Planning, Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), Auditing and Finance.
Before joining BLS International Services Ltd, Amit served as Chief Financial Officer in Kisan Mouldings Limited (KML), as a key member of the Management team and was responsible for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, legal, deal analysis and negotiations investor relationships partnership compliance and private and institutional financing. Before KML, Amit was the CFO for EMCO Ltd, Saffron Art and RPG cables Limited.
Mr Amit Sudhakar also holds a degree in B.Com (Hops) in Finance from Delhi University in addition to being a qualified Chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

A graduate in Finance & Management from University of Bradford, UK, and has completed the specialisation course in Finance from Harvard University. He has a decade-long experience across diversified fields and has also been involved in leading multiple organisations, such as, BLS Polymers, BLS Ecotech and BLS International. He is instrumental in setting up new subsidiaries and all their finances.
Mr. Karan Aggarwal has graduated in Finance & Management from University of Bradford, UK and has completed the specialization course in Finance from Harvard University. He has a decade-long experience across diversified fields like Finance, Management, Administration and Human Resource and has also been involved in leading multiple organizations i.e. BLS Polymers Ltd., BLS Ecotech Ltd., BLS Finvest Ltd. etc. He was involved in setting up three green field projects for textiles in group companies of BLS. Further he also played a significant role in successful bidding of Punjab EGovernance project. Mr. Karan Aggarwal has travelled widely across the globe. He is also a keen Golfer and a Marathon runner.

He has also been formerly associated with Price Waterhouse Coopers, Novartis India, Raychem RPG and RPG Cables. Mr. Ram Prakash Bajpai holds a Doctorate Degree from IIT Delhi and D.SC. from Hokkaido University, Japan. He is currently the Chancellor of Vel Tech Technical University, Chennai. He has been Director/distinguished Scientist at Central Scientific Instrument Organization, Chandigarh. He has experience of more than 50 years in electronics, microelectronics, material science, nanoelectronics and optoelectronics. He has successfully held important Government positions in the past.
Mr. Ram Sharan Prasad Sinha born in 1951. He possesses B.Sc. Engg (Electrical) and MBA (Finance) from Patna University. He also a member of ICWA and hold Law Degree from Magadh University.
He has rich experience of more than three decades in the field of Finance and Corporate Law.
Mr. Sarthak Behuria is an alumni of St. Stephen's College, Delhi and the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad.
He has been superannuated from chairmanship of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, India's largest commercial enterprise. He was also Chairman (part-time) of Group Companies, Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd., and Bongaigaon Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd., besides heading Indian Oiltanking Ltd., a joint venture for building and operating terminalling services for petroleum products.
Prior to Joining Indian Oil, he was Chairman and Managing Director of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (2002-2005).
After completing tenure in Modi Group on 31st March, 2016, Mr.Behuria joined Adani Group on 1st April, 2016 to advice in their day-to-day activities. Mr. Behuria is heading the LNG and LPG business of the Group and will be responsible for all aspects in establishing LNG and LPG Terminals at Mundra and Dhamra. He is also responsible for coordination and interaction within APSEZ, other businesses within Adani Group and Government regarding LPG/LNG business.
Mr. Behuria had been conferred the Honorary Fellowship of Energy Institute, UK which is the highest level of professional recognition reserved for those who had made a notable and distinguished contribution to the energy industry. Mr. Behuria's expertise in India's Oil & Gas sector had been sought at many international forums. He also served the erstwhile Oil Coordination Committee of the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Govt. of India.
A young and dynamic leader, Commerce graduate from Delhi University, he has a keen vision to drive BLS International to the top. He actively manages all international operations and is also instrumental in business development for new international projects.
Mr. Shikhar Aggarwal has been associated with the Company since 2014 and looks after various verticals of the Company. A young, vibrant and dynamic professional, he holds a Bachelor's degree from Delhi University. In a very short span of time, his proactive initiative-taking strategy has helped take the business operations to a new level.
Mr. Kohli is a highly experienced and dynamic personality holding accredited position in various organisations of repute. He holds Bachelor's Degree in Science in Mechanical Engineering from Banaras Hindu University, CAIIB and has done Diploma in Industrial Finance from Indian Institute of Bankers.
