BLINDED BY THE BITE

What you put into your body is the greatest act of self-love. Blinded by the Bite!'s mission is to empower individuals by creating a community rooted in health, wellness, and self-care... I am Rachelle, a woman living with multiple autoimmune diseases (Celiac Disease, Sjogren's Syndrome, and Fibromyalgia) since 2005, and this is Blinded by the Bite!, my canvas for creating recipes, learning to balance my life and learning to live a healthy lifestyle... Why the name Blinded by the Bite!? Because I grew up cooking with my grandmother and mother from the sweet age of five and those memories bring such joy to me I needed a place to share them. My life is also about more than food so you will see snippets of art, design, travel and more here. I'm an ex-Texan who relocated to Seattle two years ago and have three dogs who routinely show up on my blog. I work as a freelance food writer, stylist, and photographer.
