They have taken good care of my used Audi A5, after I gave up trying to work with the dealer service dept due to delays, poor communication, etc. Black Forest has stuck to their promises on time-frames, got things fixed the first time, and taken time to patiently answer my questions. All for fees I consider reasonable for this type of car. Happy to recommend based upon my experiences here over the last few years... Jason runs a great shop… exceptionally fair labor rates… honest, and looks out for the customer. I've had multiple services done here, and I wouldn't want any other Euro Mechanics touching my car!
