Dina started Blink in 2003 and applied her entrepreneurial spirit to create the agency from the ground up. She offers years of practical business experience and opens her unparalleled network of contacts to assist every Blink client. Dina is passionate about customer service and spends a great deal of her time on the road ensuring we meet the always-increasing standards we set for ourselves.

JILL ELAM

Jill has worked in the marketing and advertising business for almost twenty years. During this time, she has put her creative, operations and writing skills to work for power-house consumer brands such as Krispy Kreme, Thomasville Furniture, California Olive Ranch, No nonsense and Thundershirt. She has developed a sixth sense for finding and hiring vendors who can help our clients manufacture and produce just about anything, on time and, often, under budget. At Blink, Jill puts her experience and resourcefulness to work by developing and implementing dynamic programs, campaigns and other forward-thinking solutions for our clients. She strongly believes in the power of brand consistency and our clients depend on her to manage the details that uphold their brand integrity across all marketing formats. Jill enjoys the diverse aspects of agency work, from client relations to brainstorming to concept development to production of ideas, whether printed, coded, emailed or constructed. Her utmost passion is writing. She loves the challenge of crafting pinpoint messages for ads, brochures, websites, headlines, tag lines, and such, based on our clients' objectives. Jill has an AA degree in business management from Bauder College in Atlanta. She is a proud mom, loves sports, journals daily and plays tennis every chance she gets. Jill brings her positive outlook, sense of humor and classic agency savvy to the group along with lots of years of experience. She becomes her clients' most important partner and develops deep, lasting relationships with the people who count on her every day. Jill's network of contacts comes in handy for all of Blink's customers who need something built, printed, assembled, shipped, or otherwise brought to life.

KAREN HOWLAND - CMO

Karen's experience in the marketing departments of major apparel brands comes in handy for her clients. She immerses herself in her clients' businesses and essentially becomes their offsite V.P. of Marketing. She's speed dial #1 for her accounts and lives and works for the success of their businesses as enthusiastically as they do.

TRISH MARTIN

Trish was raised in Oak Ridge, Tennessee and headed to The University of Maryland for college. She put her chemical engineering degree to work as a sales representative for an industrial chemical company in the NY metro area. After a few years, she headed back south to the University of North Carolina where she earned her MBA. During business school, Trish developed a love for branding and consumer marketing. She has been the marketing VP for brands such as Goody, Russell Athletic, Moving Comfort, and No nonsense, not to mention Hanes, Champion, and L'eggs. Through her work with these brands, Trish developed extensive skills in consumer research, marketing strategy, and global brand management. Trish successfully layers communications between our customers and their consumers. With her consumer marketing background, she takes the lead on branding, content generation, and communications but gets looped into any project involving market research and media relations as well. Trish lives in Greensboro with her husband and two cats and is the proud mom of two grown children. In her spare time, she is an avid volunteer with USA Swimming and a bleeding-heart animal lover. After spending many years in marketing strategy and communications at major branded apparel companies, Trish knows what it's like to be on the "other side of the desk." That experience makes her a sympathetic, resourceful partner for her clients. She can wear the agency hat as well as the client hat and get the best of both sides for her accounts.
