Daniel Barnett - Shareholder

Dan Barnett is a founder and principal of Blue Ridge Development, LLC and serves as the company's President and Principal Broker. Since founding Blue Ridge Development in November 1996, Dan has been involved in the development of office, retail, residential, and industrial projects totaling over $153.6 million. Notable projects include the development of Lakeside Centre, a 258,000 square foot office park, and Brookview Town Centre, which includes a 195,000 square foot office building and 28,000 square feet of retail space. Redevelopment projects include the Jewelry TV headquarters of 140,000 square feet, Cross Park Plaza of 141,000 square feet and Brookvale II of 61,000 square feet. Dan received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and his Masters in Business Administration from the College of William and Mary.

Dennis Sheehan

Dennis Sheehan joined the Blue Ridge Realty team in June of 2023 with a strong background in commercial building maintenance from his time working for the Feil organization in New York City where he dealt extensively with air quality control, environmental control, and electrical power systems. He is highly skilled in troubleshooting, computer automation, diagnosing, installing and repairing HVAC/R, electrical malfunctions, heat load calculations, refrigeration, VAV boxes, pneumatics, water pumps and steam pressure. He has a degree in HVAC/R from Lincoln Technical Institute in Mahwah, NJ. He also brings with him an extensive list of certifications, including: Universal Technical, EPA FDNY: F89 Fire Life Safety Director, Emergency Action Plan and Active Shooter Training Q99 Refrigeration Engineer; S13 Citywide Standpipe Systems S12 Citywide Sprinkler Systems G35 Air Compressor Operator Dennis is involved with the ASPCA and his local blood center, and in his free time, he enjoys hiking, kayaking, golfing, and spending time with his wife and son.

Hyatt Holbrook

Hyatt joined the Blue Ridge Realty team part-time in November of 2019 while completing her Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Her background consists of experience in real estate marketing and multifamily leasing. Upon graduating with honors in May of 2020 with a degree in Finance and a concentration in Entrepreneurship, she joined the team full-time as the Assistant Property Manager. In her current role as Director of Property Management, she oversees the daily operations of over 600,000 square feet of commercial office space including Brookview Town Centre and Lakeside Centre, two of Blue Ridge Realty's most prestigious commercial office properties. She works in conjunction with the Controller to prepare monthly investor reports for all properties, as well as annual Budgets and CAM Reconciliations. As a Broker, she is actively engaged in property leasing and land transactions.

Jerome Salomone

Jerome joined the Blue Ridge Realty team in July 2012. He has been a broker since 1967 and in 1989 became a licensed general contractor building many homes and condominiums in Knoxville and Townsend, Tennessee. With fifty-three years in real estate and home construction, Jerome has gained much experience in those fields. During the Korean Conflict, he served two years in the U. S. Navy as a Corpsman. After his discharge, he joined Hilton Hotel Corporate as a trainee and then as a sales representative at the Hilton-Statler in Harford, Connecticut. Desiring to return to Knoxville, Jerome entered the real estate business and later owned Kingston Pike Realty and Southland Realtors/Better Homes and Gardens. He became active in the Knoxville Board of Realtors, twice being elected president of the local Board and later named Realtor of the Year. In 2005, he was honored by the National Association of Realtors and was awarded designation as Realtor Emeritus.

Louise Rodgers Frazier is President of Blue Ridge Realty, Inc. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. Louise has been active in commercial real estate since 1985 and specializes in leasing and sales of office buildings for property owners.

Madison Canupp

Madison Canupp joined Blue Ridge Realty part-time in October of 2021 while completing her Bachelor of Education, Health, and Human Sciences at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Upon her graduation from UT in December 2021, she accepted a full-time position as the Assistant Property Manager. Her many years of experience in the retail industry equipped her with excellent customer service experience, and she is the "friendly face" that many tenants see while she works to ensure all their needs are met in a timely fashion. Additionally, her time working with the local school system provided her with an eye for detail and organization that serves her well as she works congruously with Blue Ridge's accounting and property management departments on tasks such as the processing and payment of invoices, collecting and depositing tenant rent payments, managing insurance records, and the monthly inspections of over 600,000 square feet of commercial office and retail space. In her free time, she enjoys visiting the mountains with her husband and testing out new recipes.

Tonya Headrick

Tonya Headrick joined the Blue Ridge Realty team in October of 2017, and she brings with her over 25 years of accounting and finance experience with mostly with Ruby Tuesday, Inc. and Goody's Family Clothing, Inc. Work experience includes: cash management, auditing, budgeting, general accounting, and financial reporting. Tonya grew up in Maryville and she graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and became a CPA in 1995. Tonya enjoys spending time with her husband, Kevin, and their daughter, Lily, watching UT sports, and volunteering and helping others. As a family, they attend Lily's volleyball games and take camping trips together.
