Ana Perez-Arrieta

Ana is a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and has been certified a Specialist in Estate & Trust Law by the State Bar of Arizona, and she joined Bogutz & Gordon, P.C., in October 2011, after practicing law for six years with another firm in Tucson. Her practice is concentrated in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration, and guardianships and conservatorships. Ana earned her B.A. in Psychology & Italian from the University of Virginia in 2000 and her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2005. In 2010, Ana was named one of the Arizona Daily Star's "40 Under 40." She served as Chair of the State Bar of Arizona Probate & Trust Section Executive Council during the 2013-2014 term, is a past president of the Southern Arizona Chapter of the Arizona Women Lawyers Association, and a former member of the Estate and Trust Advisory Commission for the State Bar of Arizona, the Morris K. Udall Inn of Court, and the Steering Committee for the Women's Foundation of Southern Arizona. Currently, Ana is a member of the Southern Arizona Estate Planners Council and the Pima County Bar Association. Ana and her husband have two young children, Mateo and Margot.

Edgar A. Lozoya

Edgar A. Lozoya joined Bogutz and Gordon in January 2021. He's originally from Nogales, AZ. He holds a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Arizona with a minor in Spanish. Edgar has over ten years of experience working in both management and customer service, and is excited to be transferring these skills to law and paralegal studies. He enjoys metal music, watching scary films, and running his own clothing line.

Faith Smith

Faith Smith joined the firm in July of 2014 with more than five years of experience in the banking industry under her belt. She graduated from the University of Arizona in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in in Political Science and a minor in Anthropology. Faith earned her Paralegal Certification at Pima Community College. In her free time, Faith enjoys reading, films, and spending time with her husband, Eric Smith, and their husky, D.J.

Gordon, Craig

Craig practiced elder law with the firm from 1985 through 2008. He had extensive experience in Medicaid/ALTCS planning, including Special Needs Trusts, was certified as a Specialist in Estate and Trust Law by the State Bar of Arizona, and recognized as a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation (NELF). Craig was also selected as a Fellow of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) in 1995 and Best Lawyers in America in 2007. Craig has been quite active serving on the Boards and Executive Committees of both national and statewide elder law organizations (NAELA, NELF, Az-NAELA, Senior Rights PAC), while always looking out for the best interests of his clients. Craig has lived in Tucson since 1976 and is married to Barbara Smith, a pediatrician, and they have two daughters. Craig enjoys bicycling, birding, and SCUBA diving. Craig retired from the practice of law for health reasons in 2008. Hable, Garrett W.

Garrett earned his J.D. from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, where he assisted military veterans in both criminal and civil cases. He served as the Senior Managing Editor of the Arizona Law Review, which published his Note, "In a Class of Its Own: A Statutory Solution for the Gendered Sentencing Disparity in Teacher-Student Sexual Assault." While in law school, Garrett externed for Magistrate Judge Kimmins at the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. During his free time, Garrett plays professional ultimate frisbee for the San Diego Growlers and serves as Assistant Coach for the University of Arizona's club team. Kassandra Hunter

Kassandra, a native Tucsonan, has been with the firm since October 2013. She earned her Paralegal Certification at Pima Community College in 2018, and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in music with a minor in education from the University of Arizona. She still performs and teaches music in her spare time. A Wildcat for life, Kassandra and her dog, Fuji, can often be found at the dog park talking about U of A basketball. (She never misses a game!) Although Kassandra has always been somewhat of a tea connoisseur, she has been expanding her culinary repertoire by testing new recipes on family and friends.

Stacey Trader

Stacey joined Bogutz & Gordon in January of 2017. She attended high school in the Phoenix area but fell in love with Tucson while attending the University of Arizona. Stacey graduated in 2006 with a double major in Sociology and Psychology. Stacey began her social work career in the non-profit sector, gaining over 10 years of professional and volunteer experience with children, families, and adults in Southern Arizona. In 2016, Stacey returned to school and acquired her Master of Social Work degree from Arizona State University. Before long, she began focusing on advocacy and coordination of care for geriatric and differently abled individuals with Bogutz & Gordon P.C. As of 2021, Stacey became one of five advanced professional Aging Life Care Managers™ in Pima County. When she is not working, Stacey can be found relaxing to her favorite true crime podcasts or spending time with her husband and children.

Suravi Sengupta

Wendy A. Lemcke

Wendy received her Bachelor's Degree in psychology from the University of Arizona in 1992, and then her Associate of Applied Science Degree as a Legal Assistant. Wendy began working at Bogutz & Gordon, P.C. in 1994. She focuses on financial planning and management of client investments, income tax preparation, guardianships and conservatorships, and probate administration. Wendy has passed the examination and met the other requirements to receive her Certified Legal Assistant designation through the National Association of Legal Assistants. She is married to Jeff Lemcke and they have two daughters, Megan and Jessica.
