He is dedicated to his clients and builds partnerships that deliver consistent value year on year.

Eunice is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Accredited Tax Advisor (ATA). She holds a Master of Taxation from Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) and a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University (NTU).
Eunice has more than 20 years of extensive tax and transfer pricing experience in the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions, across a broad range of industry sectors such as IT, manufacturing, commodity trading, petrochemical, oil and gas industries.
In her leadership roles, Eunice has built and led high-performing teams to spearhead tax and custom functions, as well as special corporate projects and initiatives.
Eunice is also an Associate Lecturer of a local university and private education institution in Singapore.
In the fast-paced corporate world, Eunice finds immense joy in moments spent with her family - whether it is a weekend filled with exciting adventures or just the quiet warmth of quality time at home.

Hugo is a veteran of the professional services industry, with over thirty years of experience working across Asia Pacific and Europe. Prior to joining BoardRoom, he held senior leadership positions at Cognizant, EY and Deloitte, as well as an early-stage cloud software start-up. Hugo's expertise is in innovating and implementing effective business models, through operating model design, technology adoption and a focus on customer centricity. He is passionate about social impact and has spent the last twenty years supporting a variety of commercial and not-for-profit social enterprises in Singapore, India and the UK.
As the Group CEO for BoardRoom, Hugo is responsible for the strategic direction of the business, the effective deployment of the group strategy, and the development of the organisation's purpose, culture and values.
Outside of work, Hugo spends his time with his wife and three children. Hugo has many passions including cricket; rugby; history; science fiction; whisky and wine.

With over 30 years of experience in the corporate governance and corporate secretarial industry, Samantha is a strong advocate for corporate governance and boasts a robust presence within the capital markets in Malaysia. Her passion lies in guiding leaders to build resilient corporate structures that withstand the test of time. As the CEO of BoardRoom Malaysia, she provides leaders in the region peace of mind with her solid advice on corporate needs.

He possesses consulting, strategic and operational experience in the talent agenda. His forte lies in the development and delivery of people and transformational solutions, with a specific emphasis on the recruitment, development, management and retention of talent.
Having served in many not-for-profit Boards at the National and corporate level, he is currently a Worklife Ambassador for the Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP). Outside of work, Stephen enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and one of his biggest passions of all, music.
Tina is a strategy and sustainable growth expert with a passion for innovation and transformation. She has worked in the energy sector for over 15 years and has global experience in developing and executing sustainable corporate strategies. Tina is also a researcher, tutor, author and well-regarded speaker on sustainability related topics. Recently her focus has been on ESG initiatives, including regulatory reporting requirements set by GRI, TCFD, SASB, SDGs, climate reporting and supply chain compliance.
In her free time, Tina enjoys running and exploring nature. She likes to travel and experience new countries and cultures. Currently, Tina is working on her research project, to study the challenges faced by companies in response to transition risks and the underpinning capability to be developed to transition or to transform.
