BOBBY COX

Bobby Cox has been a horse enthusiast for many years. In addition to many other businesses, he owns a horse and cattle breeding ranch north of Weatherford, Texas. He is a member of the American Quarter Horse Association and has served as director and is a member of the Texas Quarter Horse Association. Cox was named Owner of the Year in 2004 by the American Quarter Horse Association and was inducted in 2008 into the Texas Horse Racing Hall of Fame. At its recent annual awards ceremony, Cox was also named as the Texas Quarter Horse Association 2010 Accredited Texas Breeder of the Year for 2009 - a year where he was a national top five breeder with seven stakes wins.
