Gary Kerkow has over 28 years' experience leading engineering and program-management organizations for large-scale multi-national information technology programs in the telecommunications and aerospace industries. Gary previously held positions as Director of Systems Engineering, Director of Program Management, and Director of Solutions Architecture at Verizon telecommunications. He started his engineering career at Ford Aerospace, working on the Space Defense Operations Center. During his 10 years at Ford Aerospace, he held multiple engineering and management positions. Gary received his master's degree in Computer Science from Colorado Technical University and his bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Colorado Technical University. He has additional management training from the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School.

Kathy Boe, founder, and CEO of Boecore, Inc., is an award-winning entrepreneur, engineer, and leader who has worked in support of the Department of Defense for 25+ years.
Kathy's career began at Hughes Aircraft, where she worked as a Software Programmer. In 2000, after several years of experience within the defense engineering industry, Kathy decided to start her own business and launched Boecore.
Kurt Ulrich, Chief Technology Officer for Boecore, has over 30 years of experience leading technology development & services organizations across the telecommunications, financial services, and aerospace industries. Starting his career as a software engineer on a major space systems development effort that provided space defense operations for the Air Force, he later performed as a systems engineer, where he led the design of satellite tracking / maintenance capabilities. In a business development capacity, he has led successful complex proposal efforts for procurements across multiple Government agencies. In his current role leading the Innovation and Business Development organizations of Boecore, Kurt is responsible for the development and execution of company strategies and growth plans that align company investment in innovation and technology development in support of DoD and Commercial customer needs. Kurt received his bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from Colorado State University with a minor in Computer Science, is a Certified Cybersecurity Leader, and a Product Development Professional.
Tom Dickson has extensive experience leading multi-million-dollar development programs in both the commercial and government sectors. He has built and managed large-scale software systems for space defense, missile defense, and telecommunications. Tom's Systems Engineering and Architecture experience for command-and-control systems, radar systems, and telecommunication systems provides a unique ability to understand customer's requirements and to bring the right people and technology together to meet challenges. He holds a bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Texas at El Paso and has additional training in systems and software engineering, finance, leadership, and space operations.
