Bo YU

One of the most experienced finance professionals in mainland China. Mr. YU held various senior finance positions at both Chinese State Owned Enterprises under the State Council supervision and private listed companies in China. Served as CFO of Jiangsu Yulong Steel Corp, Finance Dept Head at Minmetals Group, Deputy President of Nanchang Hard Alloy Corp, and VP of ZhiHe Holdings. Serving as Tsinghua University accounting advisory committee member, New Supply Economics Institute council member, independent board member of KaiEn Holdings (SZSE: 002012) and Southern Real Estate Corp (SZSE: 002305). Mr. YU holds a master's degree and senior accountant professional title in China.

Charles Huang - CEO

. Over 20 years experience in all aspects of capital markets, asset management and brokerage business, including fixed income trading, research and origination; structured equities; equities portfolio management; and institutional and retail brokerage. Charles entered the University of Science and Technology of China at the age of 14, and got his M.S. degree from MIT. He became the youngest Senior Vice President at the Prudential Securities Inc. in New York at 24; and then headed the Asia Securitization Group for Deutsche Bank, responsible for a few innovative financing transactions which won "Best Deal for Asia Pacific" from "Finance Asia" and "International Securitization Report". Recently, Bond Trust acted as the sole advisor to a global PE firm to raising RMB 1.5 billion financing in China.

Martin Loat - Chairman

. Ex-CEO of Deutsche Bank Asia-Pacific (Japan, Australia and Asia), representing Asia-Pacific on the Global Operating Committees of the Bank; member of the Global Corporate Investment Bank Executive Committee (later renamed the Operating Committee) which managed the various business lines in the Corporate and Investment Bank together with the 40,000 or so employees. Responsibility was for both Asia and the Global "e" business development. In the position of DB's Asia Pacific CEO, Martin was responsible for some 6,500 staff across various countries in Asia-Pacific.

Mr. Michael Koping Shen

Previously, Mr. Michael Koping Shen served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of China Taiping Insurance Holdings Company Limited ("China Taiping"), a listed company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He was also a member of the Board of Supervisors of China Taiping's life insurance operations, and held senior management positions at China Taiping's asset management operations in Hong Kong and Shanghai. During his twelve years at China Taiping, Mr. Shen focused on investor relations, investments/asset management, and financing/capital markets initiatives. Prior to joining China Taiping, Mr. Shen was an Executive Director in the Financial Institutions Group of the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C. ("Goldman Sachs"), where he was responsible for financial institutions in the Asia (ex-Japan) region. During his seven years at Goldman Sachs in New York and Hong Kong, Mr. Shen developed in-depth knowledge in advising insurance and asset management companies on strategic, financing and operational matters. Mr. Shen received a Juris Doctorate with honors from Harvard Law School in 1994, where he was an Executive Editor of the Harvard Law Review. Mr. Shen graduated first in his class and received a B.S. degree in Foreign Service with highest honors from Georgetown University in 1991, where he majored in International Politics/Relations.

Rahul Mookerjee

Rahul has over 20 years of senior investment banking management experience. Up until 2009, Rahul headed the Global Capital Markets and Institutional Client Group for Deutsche Bank Asia. His responsibilities included the client-facing businesses across all Investors, Corporations and Sovereign entities. In addition, Rahul led the capital markets businesses in Asia across Debt, Equity and Leverage Finance. Rahul was a member of the Global Markets and Global Banking Asian Executive Committees. Prior to this, he was based in London in 2000-2001 and was responsible for eBusiness Development and Strategic Investments for the Global Markets and Global Equities Divisions. Rahul ran the Bank's Proprietary Trading activities in non-Japan Asia between 1996 and early 2000. In this capacity Rahul's mandate was to invest and trade the Bank's capital across all asset classes - debt, equity and foreign exchange, in recognized markets across Asia except Japan. Prior to joining Deutsche in 1996, he spent seven years trading and structuring derivatives at Bankers Trust in New York and Hong Kong. Rahul graduated with a B.A. (Hons.) Economics Degree from St. Stephen's College, Delhi University in 1983 and an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell University in 1986.
