Julia Kolber

Attorney, Julia Kolber, graduated from Archbishop Alter High School in Kettering and then from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Criminology. She later attended the University of Dayton School of Law. While attending UDSL, she clerked in the law offices of Gammell, Hoshor, Kendo & Ross, LLP where she continued her employment upon receipt of her Juris Doctorate degree in 2004.

Richard Boucher

Attorney, Richard Boucher, is a life-long resident of the Dayton area and has practiced in the areas of business law, business litigation, divorce, custody, family law, probate, and personal injury. He graduated from Oakwood High School then from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication. Richard received his J.D. in 1985 from The Capital University in Columbus. He later became the youngest partner in the full-service law firm of Altick & Corwin Co., L.P.A. which employed over 20 attorneys. Richard has the additional advantage of experiencing the law from both sides of the judicial bench and can employ this knowledge and background to better serve his clients. Since 1991 he has been an acting Magistrate of Kettering Municipal Court. In his capacity as Magistrate, he has conducted several hundred civil trials including small claims court. In addition to his work as an attorney and Magistrate, Richard was also the owner and operator of Augusta Title Agency, Inc., a full-service real estate title company, for over fourteen years. Richard strives to provide the highest level of service to all of his clients. This includes the timely returning of phone calls and making sure that questions are promptly answered. As a lifelong Daytonian, he is honored to serve our community. Richard and his wife, Lisa, have been married for over thirty years and reside in Kettering.
