Duncan's developments are supported by experience in C# and web development.
Duncan holds MSc Computer Science from University of Kent, Canterbury, UK.

Elissa Epstein joined Bortell in 2001. Following a long career in the banking and hospitality fields, Elissa is responsible for the day to day operations of BDE and brings with her a wealth of management, financial and IT understanding.
Heath is an IT and Sales professional with over 25 years' experience working within most facets of the industry.
Heath has expertise across a range of disciplines including sales, business analysis, project management, technical and functional consulting.
Marie's background is in senior financial management and business consulting.
For the past 25 years, she has focused on implementing Microsoft Dynamics GP for many clients across Australia and the Asia Pacific providing full implementation services and go-live support.

Mark Gaddie is the Technical Director and founder of Bortell Dynamic Edge (BDE).
Being able to combine a deep technical/developer/programming functionality with a deep understanding of financial knowledge has made Mark's approach a unique value proposition for our customers' specific requirements.
This ensures BDE can deliver your projects from a functional as well as logical perspective.
Mark has been involved in implementing accounting solutions since 1993 and with Microsoft Dynamics GP since 2004. He has worked on installing, supporting, and customising Microsoft Dynamics GP to client requirements. Mark is also responsible for the development of the BDE Modules for Microsoft Dynamics.
Martin has been involved in implementing accounting solutions since 1994 and with Microsoft Dynamics GP since 2004. He joined BDE over 10 years ago.
Martin ensures any of your problems are provided a solution. Installing, supporting, and customising - delivering outcomes - making sure everything works as it should.
Martin is a Certified financial and systems consultant.
