Joao Domingues - Sao Paulo / Brazil (co-founder- CEO)João Eduardo Cardoso Domingues holds a degree in Mathematics from FASP, has began his career at Bradesco Bank Developing Systems in the beginning of the 90's. In 1995 took part of the DTS Group (IT company) where was responsible for the developing and consulting units in many enterprises of the DTS group. In 2008 funded Targetware Group where manages IT and Partnerships areas. Domingues has considerable expertise and experience in IT-Bank area with more than 15 years' experience in the Latin America Technology market.

Rodrigo Cordeiro Villar holds a degree in Administration from FGV and a degree in Public Relations from USP, has began his career in the Federal Law Projects area in 2001. In 2003 took part, as a trainee, in the finance area at DTS Group (IT company) where was part of the International Finances, Treasury and Control areas. In 2006 was invited to join Bank Santander as business manager. In 2007 made his return to DTS as Administration/Finance manager. In 2008 founded with Joao Domingues the Targetware Group where is responsible for the finance and business area. Villar has extensive experience in training course design, delivery, management and evaluation, also is a well-recognised strategic planning and sellers company specialist in the Latin America market.
