Anne Eaton

Anne received her Masters in School Counseling from Bloomsburg University and has a background in the arts and holistic medicine. She provides services to children, adolescents, adults and families. Anne specializes in a variety of issues, including depression, stress and anxiety, phobias, grief and loss, anger, parenting and family problems, trauma, domestic violence and abuse, career choice, and eating disorders. Anne provides a safe, comfortable environment to help clients explore problems, make meaningful life changes and find peace and balance in their lives. Her therapeutic process involves a collaboration that is goal oriented and client-centered. Anne uses Art and Play therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy in her practice. Anne incorporates Image Transformation Therapy to release images linked to painful memories and fear. The process is gentle. Clients often experience negative feelings beginning to disappear after a few treatments.

Donna Welsh

Donna is a licensed professional counselor and national certified counselor. Donna received her Master of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling from Marywood University in 2016 and she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Lycoming College in 2012. Donna has specialty training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Donna has been working in the field of mental health for over 10 years and has worked in a variety of settings including outpatient therapy, school-based behavioral health, drug and alcohol counseling, and Autism and developmental medicine. Donna works with children and adults through individual and family therapy. Areas of interest include: grief and loss, parenting/caregiver related stress, behavior management, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Fran McAndrew

Job Titles:
  • Interim Director of Clare Center
Fran McAndrew is recognized for his work with co-morbid chemical dependency and mental health issues. He developed an intensive outpatient program while working with IOTA, then added a partial hospital program to the Stepping Stone organization in Harrisburg through 1997. After completing work on a master's degree program, Fran became the interim director of Clare Center, an inpatient facility in Lancaster, PA where he implemented dual diagnosis treatment in an inpatient setting. This experience led to using EMDR to address trauma issues with a chemically dependent population and beginning inpatient EMDR service to a larger population through CRC Health programs. Fran currently works with individuals and couples and facilitates a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills group at the Center. He has had experience addressing personality disorders in the recovering chemically dependent population.

Richard Whitmire

Job Titles:
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Richard received his Masters in Clinical Social Work from Marywood University in 1975 and his Bachelors in Psychology from Bloomsburg University in 1973. He is a Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, board certified in clinical hypnotherapy from the National Board of Certified Clinical Hypnotherapists (NBCCH) and is a Nationally Certified Addictions Counselor (NAADAC). Richard has attained additional certifications in Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (NACBT), Forensic Counseling (NAFC), Rational Emotive Therapy, and Relapse Prevention Therapy. Richard is a Certified Imago Therapist and a Clinical Member of Imago Relationships International. Richard provides services for adolescents and adults in individual, couples, and family therapy.

Ronda Barto

Job Titles:
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Director
Ronda received her Masters in Clinical Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and Bachelors in Psychology at Bloomsburg University. She has specialized training in DBT and EMDR. Ronda provides services for children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. She has worked extensively with families and behavior disordered teens. Other professional interests include anxiety, depression, grief, anger and trauma. Ronda runs a weekly DBT group as well as uses DBT in her individual sessions.

Sorrel Luhrs

Sorrel received his Masters in Clinical Psychology from Farleigh Dickinson University and has received specialized training in hypnosis, addictions and trauma resolution. He works with a wide variety of mental health issues and relationship problems, and has frequently worked with members of the military and their family members. Sorrel provides individual services for adolescents and adults. In addition to his clinical work, Sorrel has taught psychology at the college level and consulted with various businesses on organizational development issues. He is also able to provide clinical supervision for Drug and Alcohol counselors. Sorrel is an EMDRIA® Certified Therapist and Approved Consultant.

Stephanie Matruder
