Holly is an integral part of the team and is often the first voice you will hear when you call Team Bouma's office. In her role as Administrator, Holly manages the team's office, schedules appointments for buyers and sellers, prepares and processes offers and listings, and maintains contact with the team's clients and their lawyers from acceptance of an offer to the day of closing.
Karin has been loved by her clients since she started in real estate nearly 20 years ago! With a positive and bubly personality she found early success with RE/MAX Ability and continued her journey with RE/MAX Jazz Inc., As her goals changed Karin decided a pivot was in order and joined with The Bouma Group in 2018 to allow her to continue to be involved in real estate while allowing more time with her family. She works in an advisory role and continues to help build the business to this day.

Mike Bouma, B.A. is a graduate of University of Toronto. He began his real estate career, working part time, on the administrative side of the business, at the age of 15.
In 2003 Mike completed the Ontario Real Estate Association licensing program and joined the Bouma Team as a full time buyer specialist. His responsibilities include assisting buyers through our proven "Eight Steps and You're Home" program. He enjoys helping first time buyers achieve their dream of home ownership and assisting more experienced clients with their changing real estate needs.
Mike Bouma also manages Team Bouma's very substantial website presence and social marketing campaigns which results in over 300 visitors a day to www.bouma.ca and, www.durhamcondos.ca
In 2010 he completed the additional Ontario Real Estate Association requirements to earn the Real Estate Broker designation.
Rick first obtained his license in 1983 and for many years focused on building an illustrious career as a single agent. Rick now uses his wealth of knowledge to advise The Bouma Group while making sure his past clients are well taken care of.

Roger Bouma manages the Bouma Team. Roger is a Broker with RE/MAX JAZZ Inc.,, Brokerage, a consistent recipient of RE/MAX's "Chairman Club" award and has been inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. In 2008 Roger was recognized by RE/MAX International, Inc for "Lifetime Achievement".
Roger remains personally involved with all buyers and sellers. His specialty is assisting sellers in determining the highest possible market value for their home, developing and implementing a market strategy that will affect its sale, negotiating the best offer possible and maintaining contact with the client until the successful completion of the sale.
Roger's goal is to create totally satisfied clients and he succeeds time and time again. In fact the majority of Roger's current sales come from over 30 years of satisfied clients and their referrals.
Roger primarily focuses is on the sale of freehold residential and condominium properties in the Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Clarington, and surrounding parts of Durham Region.
