Adeline Soo

Adeline is a skilled interior designer with an energy and passion for the industry and creating customised, clever, engaging, and comfortable environments for all spaces humans inhabit. She is a warm, confident young professional who has provided invaluable design advice and assistance on all current projects at BPSM. Adeline enjoys sketching at the park taking time out from technology to enjoy nature - she describes herself has having a cat's nature as she most likes to relax in the sun. She takes care of her health by going to the gym, hiking and playing tennis.

Damian Rogers

Job Titles:

Damian Rogers has many years of high-level experience running projects in his capacity as a Director of BPSM Architects and possesses a broad range of complementary skills for application to the most complex of projects, including project management, master planning and design management. Damian is one of Tasmania's leading construction consultants, having started his career as an apprentice on major building sites in the mid 1970's, progressing through to site subcontract foreman before returning to study Architecture at the Advanced College under famed local Architect, Barry McNeill. Damian was the Chapter President of the Insitute of Architects and the Honorary Secretary of the Royal Australian Insitute of Architects (RAIA). Damian joined the Australian Institute of Building (AIB) whilst working for construction company, Hansen Yuncken, in 1988, and has served as a Chapter Council Member, National Vice President, National Councillor, and today as Chapter Secretary. Damian has also had the honour of serving as a judge at National Professional Excellence in Building Awards for 2014 and 2015.

Darren Jones

Darren Jones has many years of experience running projects in his capacity as a Director of BPSM Architects and has more than 21 years' experience in the building industry, as a whole. Darren has a close and long-standing working relationships with many local Councils and businesses including continuing development works at the Royal Hobart Hospital. As a BPSM Director, Darren is in charge of overall project management including; programming, cost control and procurement methods. Darren is also responsible for the companies IT systems and interstate expansion programme. During Darren's time in the construction industry, he has been involved in a large range of projects throughout Tasmania and brings a mix of architectural and development management skills across multiple project sectors. With his unique skills developed within the construction industry and architectural profession, Darren can offer innovative yet practical solutions to any challenging project.

Dudley Levieux

Job Titles:
  • Senior Project Leader
Dudley is an experienced and established Senior Architect with more than 20 years' experience in key roles associated with major upgrade projects, and extensive experience within the commercial and residential sectors. Dudley has worked with a number of State government departments and local councils, ranging from being a member of the documentation team to acting in the role of Project Architect, coordinating the client requirements and project delivery. Dudley enjoys walking on Tasmania's many and varied trails with his family and golden retrievers.

Jenelle (Nel) Burleigh

Job Titles:

Jenelle has had over 25 years in administration, she has worked in this capacity in various industries. She is very personable and a good communicator. Jenelle enjoys spending time with her adult children and friends, walks with her dog Charlie. She loves swimming at the beach, gardening and potting plants.

Josh Gatehouse

Job Titles:

Josh is an artist, designer, and adventurer and his hope is to become a professional architect and through this medium celebrate Tasmania's unique character with the rest of the world. Josh is driven by his passion for community and believes architecture and hospitality both play an important part in his contribution to the greater Tasmanian community. Josh joined BPSM in February 2024, to gain work experience whilst he finishes his Masters degree at UTAS. Outside of work, Josh is an avid bushwalker, enjoying exploring the spectacular landscapes Tasmania has to offer. Josh is also a passionate musician and can be found playing guitar at the Launceston Harvest Market, amongst other places.

Mark Hudson

Mark started at BPSM in 1987 as a fresh-faced graduate, contributing his invaluable talent, knowledge, and industry experience as a skilled draftsman to projects both large and small ever since. Mark has a keen eye for detail and precision and works closely with the documentation team to effectively translate design ideas into clear drawings, able to be understood and interpreted by both the Client and the wider consultant team. As a championship-winning, competitive snooker player, Mark is a member of both the Bellerive Yacht Club and the Southern Snooker and Billiards Association, representing each club in statewide and national events. He is also a keen gardener and home renovator.

Paul Dickman

Paul joined BPSM in February 2024, bringing with him over 30 years' experience in the design and construction industry, working both within Australia and internationally. Prior to moving to Tasmania, Paul was an Associate at other mainland firms where he headed up a number of design teams specialising in seniors living & aged care, affordable/social housing and large-scale residential projects. With experience across a diverse range of projects, Paul is skilled at managing the complete project delivery process and has extensive expertise in delivering full-service architecture. Paul loves cooking various cuisines, trying new recipes, he enjoys a bit of DIY and has just built an entertainment deck in his backyard with a woodfired oven. He also loves eating out at restaurants with his family and travelling abroad, combining his love of food and architecture.

Rick has over 20 years of hands-on experience delivering high-level service together with a dedicated, hardworking approach and passion to be part of business success. As a motivated leader, Rick enjoys collaborating with and inspiring others to achieve positive outcomes. He actively seeks opportunities for improvement and development and has a commitment to delivering results and service excellence, with a clear focus on strategic goals and objectives. Rick also particularly enjoys being able to identify and implement potential improvements to achieve greater efficiencies. Rick enjoys engaging in all kinds of sports (basketball, football, cricket, tennis, volleyball, and a dabble in lawn bowls), with a modest shift more recently to either a sofa spectator or animatedly encouraging his teenage offspring. Rick also admits to having recently developed a secret love of puzzles.

Sam Henderson

Sam is an experienced leader and project initiator who has previously represented firms as an associate in BD, client management, team leadership and design roles. With 20 years of experience working in both domestic and commercial architecture, Sam contributes value and perspective, bringing a wealth of knowledge and leadership skills to client projects. A few times each year, Sam enjoys heading to the beach or the bush to go exploring and camping. He is an appreciator of great food, wine, and music, and can be found seeking out great venues across Australia to experience all 3. His greatest love, however, remains spending quality time with friends and family.
