Bio
Andy graduated from Loyola College in 1986, earning a Bachelors degree in business administration.
In 1990, Andy began his insurance career with a small firm and in January 1996 joined Boynton and Boynton. At Boynton and Boynton is licensed in DE, NJ, PA and MD.
Andy enjoys golfing, traveling and is Asst. Coach for his daughters travel soccer team. He resides in northern Maryland with his wife Jen and two daughters Lexy and Julie.

Dorothy has been with Boynton & Boynton since June of 1998. Dorothy began her career with the agency as an account manager in the personal lines division. Her interest in sales quickly led to a transition to the personal sales department.
Now a full time sales executive, Dorothy maintains her property / casualty & life licenses and has succesfully obtained her CISR, CIC and CRM insurance designations.
Dorothy lives in Howell, NJ with her husband and 2 children.
Mr. Lynch is the President of Boynton & Boynton, and joined the firm in 1993. His main responsibilities include the development and maintenance of specialty insurance programs for the healthcare industry, school board and public entity business and a coastal property program for New Jersey and Massachusetts homes.
Prior to joining Boynton & Boynton, Mr. Lynch was an Assistant Vice President and Shareholder Marketing Manager for Putnam Financial Services in Boston. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Suffolk University in Boston.
In addition to his love for golf, Mr. Lynch is an avid ice hockey player and enjoys playing regularly on Men's leagues and coaching his two sons. Mr. Lynch resides in Red Bank, NJ.
Since 2009, Jennifer Beck has worked with Boynton and Boynton, now Alliant Boynton, located in Fair Haven, New Jersey. Ms.Beck's involvement with commercial, non-profit and public entities extends back nearly two decades and her current work at Alliant includes county, local, school and large commercial entities.
Ms. Beck worked with Alliant Boynton for many years supporting their proprietary property and casualty programs throughout New Jersey. Early in her career, she also worked as an executive at QualCare, Inc. marketing their managed care products to privately held companies.
Jennifer attended Boston College, where she majored in Physics and Mathematics. She then received her Masters in Government Administration from the Fels School of Government at the University of Pennsylvania.
For twelve years, Ms. Beck served in the New Jersey State Legislature first as an Assemblywoman then for a decade as a New Jersey State Senator. She represented 18 municipalities in Monmouth County and was a member of the Judiciary Committee, Budget Committee and Community Affairs Committee.
During that time, Ms. Beck was also the President of JAB Marketing, a media relations and marketing firm. Currently she is a Trustee with the Monmouth Conservation Foundation, a Board Member with the Affiliated Physicians and Employers Health Plan, a Board Member with the Affordable Housing Alliance Community Action Board, a Member of the Red Bank Woman's Club and formerly was a rape crisis counselor at what is now 180 Turning Lives Around.
Jim started with Boynton & Boynton in July of 2010 as the VP of Benefits. Jim began his insurance career with New England Financial in 1990 before opening his own agency in 1997. In 2000 Jim merged with another agency and ran the operations as Sr. Vice President of the Life & Health division for 10 years. Prior to starting in the insurance business, Jim gained experience as a mortgage loan officer for 4 years.
Jim is a graduate of Old Dominion University with a degree in finance and holds his Series 6 and Life & Health license. Jim resides in Middletown, NJ with his wife and two children.
Mr. Bisbee has more than 25 years of experience consulting with physicians, surgeons and healthcare providers in the design, implementation and maintenance of professional liability programs and special risk products. Prior to joining Boynton & Boynton Mr. Bisbee was the founding partner of ProMed Underwriters, a Property & Casualty Agency acquired by Boynton & Boynton in 2001. Mr. Bisbee has held senior management positions with Consumer Health Network, Harmony Health Plans of New Jersey, CIGNA HealthPlan of New Jersey and Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey.
Mr. Bisbee was a scholarship student/athlete at the University of Richmond, Richmond, VA, where he served on the University's Judicial Advisory Committee. Mr. Bisbee maintains an active Producers License in New Jersey and Pennsylvania for Life, Health, and Property and Casualty insurance.
Mr. Bisbee resides in Medford, New Jersey with his wife and 3 children.
John Forrester, Vice President, joined Boynton & Boynton in December of 2006. John started his 24 year insurance career in large lines commercial underwriting at the Hanover Insurance Company from 1984 to 1988. From 1988 to 2006, John worked with Meeker Sharkey, the state's largest insurance brokerage, specializing in developing, implementing, and servicing insurance programs for a vast array of businesses. In 2006, after a number of mergers, John decided to return to the larger independent agency area where personal service and individual client attention is still paramount. John's expertise is in transportation, construction, manufacturing, non profits, technology, and healthcare. He is well versed in all aspects of coverage, and the development of plans ranging from first dollar programs to sophisticated self insurance and captive plans.
He is a graduate of St. Peter's College, and a member of its athletic hall of fame. Since 1994, John has also served on the board of the YMCA of Eastern Union County, and is its past board president. He is a member of the United States Lifesaving Association, enjoys open water competitions and surfing. He resides in Little Silver New Jersey with his wife Jennifer and three sons.
In 2010, John Lambert joined Boynton & Boynton as a VP of Sales where he continues to sell while maintaining his accounts.
With over 20 years in the insurance industry, John has gained valuable knowledge and experience, and now specializes in the construction field.
John began his insurance career in 1989 working in sales for a local insurance agency.
Before beginning his career, John attended Ramapo College. John maintains his Property & Casualty license and resides in Lincroft, NJ with his wife and two children.

Mr. Kevin J. Byrne is Vice President of Boynton Healthcare, a division of Boynton & Boynton, and operates out of the West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania office. Kevin joined Boynton & Boynton in 2011 and Boynton Healthcare in 2014.
Mr. Byrne is Vice President of Boynton Healthcare a division of Boynton & Boynton. Kevin began his insurance career as an independent insurance agent and a direct marketing representative for a NJ based professional liability carrier from 1994 to 1998. In 1998 Kevin formed his own insurance Agency, Acorn Professional Services. In 2001 he merged with and became Vice President for Professional Medical Insurance Services a national brokerage specializing in Healthcare Professional Liability. Kevin joined Boynton & Boynton in 2011 along with his Pennsylvania office and staff. For the past 13 years, he has worked with hundreds of physicians, multiple institutions, organizations, and miscellaneous facilities. Kevin has served on broker/agent advisory boards for MD Advantage Insurance Company, Coverys Insurance Company (formally ProMutal) and Medical Protective Insurance Company (a Berkshire Hathaway group of Companies). This experience working as both an agent representing the medical field and as marketing rep for a medical malpractice insurer has given him the knowledge of providing the best solutions for his clients.
Kevin is a 1989 graduate of LaSalle University in Philadelphia where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance. Since graduating, he has worked in the field of advertising sales, and insurance. He holds active P&C licenses in multiple states.
Mr. Gillaspie is Senior Vice President and Director of Business Development at Alliant/Boynton, and trained and worked at the Crum & Forster Insurance Co. from 1980-1983 in both the Underwriting and Marketing Departments. Mr. Gillaspie joined Boynton & Boynton in October, 1983 and has worked sales and management positions throughout the organization, becoming Sr. Vice President in 1990 and partner in 1995. Mr. Gillaspie attained his CIC designation in 1993 and has been a member of the Princeton Insurance Company's Agent Advisory Council from 1989-2017. Ron is a member of the ProMutal Insurance Company National Advisory Board - 2001-2017, and the Hartford Insurance Company Advisory Council - 2009-2017. He was a past member of the Selective Insurance Company Advisory Council - 2005-2007.
Mr. Gillaspie has developed cost-effective risk management and insurance programs for public entities, and hundreds of physicians, physician groups and health care entities, including hospitals. Mr. Gillaspie was instrumental in the development of MOCSSIF in 1999. He also formed the Health Care Division of Boynton & Boynton in the mid 1980's. Mr. Gillaspie, with other Boynton & Boynton personnel, developed an exclusive policy for Physician Regulatory Liability Protection, including claims from governmental agencies alleging Medicare billing violations, STARK violations and HIPAA violations. Boynton & Boynton is exclusive underwriter representative for this program throughout the United States for Lloyds of London.
Mr. Gillaspie graduated Montclair State University with a BS in Business Administration, and achieved his CIC designation in 1993. He holds active P&C, Health and Life Licenses. He was a member of the Statewide PIAA Board of Directors, past member of the Monmouth Beach Board of Education, Red Cross Board of Directors and Brookdale College Foundation Board of Directors and is currently on the Family & Children Services Board.
Mr. Gillaspie resides in Monmouth Beach with his wife.

Ryan began his career with Boynton & Boynton in 2010 as an account executive for all lines of insurance with a focus on Medical Malpractice for physicians. He maintains his property, casualty, life and health licenses.
Ryan is a committee member of The Purr and Pooch Foundation and a golf committee member of Family and Children's services.
Ryan is a graduate of Siena College and resides in Monmouth Beach, NJ where he enjoys golfing, investing and surfing.

Scott joined Boynton & Boynton in 2003 as a producer professional liability. Coming from a family of physicians and attorneys, Scott specializes in professional liability and medical malpractice insurance. Now an AVP, Scott is responsible for developing new business as well as maintaining and expanding existing business and promoting the overall growth of the agency.
Scott graduated in 1994 from the University of Delaware with a Bachelors Degree and immediately began working on Wall Street. Shortly after marrying and starting a family, Scott returned to his roots to live and work in Monmouth County.
Scott maintains his Property & Casualty Insurance License and resides in Ocean, NJ with his wife and three children. In his free time, Scott enjoys playing hockey, skiing, exercising and reading.
Sean's specialties include insuring physicians, construction firms, and real estate portfolios. He says, "The insurance industry is a lot of fun because every unique risk allows me to find creative risk solution."
Prior to Boynton and Boynton, Sean led a insurance portfolio for a national brokerage firm. He began his insurance career in 2008 working both in claims and underwriting for an insurance carrier.
Sean received his BS in Business and MBA in Finance from Mount St. Mary's University. He also has several insurance professional designations including a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, Associate in Risk Management, and an Associated Underwriter designation. He enjoys reading, playing lacrosse, and having fun with his family on his downtime.

Steven Przybylski is the Assistant Vice President in the West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania branch of the Boynton and Boynton insurance agency.
Steven is a fully licensed insurance agent since 1998 and specializes in supporting physicians and medical companies with healthcare professional liability insurance. He works directly with the Boynton Healthcare Professional Liability Division which services the healthcare industry. His clients range from solo practitioners to large multi specialty group practices.
Steven is a 1995 graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia where he earned a Bachelors degree in Marketing. Immediately following his graduation, Steven began working in banking and insurance. In 1998, Steve worked for a NJ based professional liability carrier and consulting firm as a marketing representative focusing on physicians. In 2001, Steve joined an independent agency that focused exclusively on serving the insurance needs of physicians. For the next ten years, Steve worked with solo practitioners and large multi-specialty groups and ambulatory facilities.
In 2011, Steven joined Boynton & Boynton as a VP of Sales where he continues to focus on the needs of physicians.
