Nilesh has 10+ years in the industry, working boutique agencies like Impulse, Thoughtrains and Creative Forum. Across the course of his career, he has worked with brands like Hotel Sahara Star, Cinemax, India Tourism (wellness), CSIA- Chatrapati Shivaji International Airport revamp, Marathon Realty, Center One Mall, Roop Sangam, etc. Nilesh is an avid trekker and traveller - setting out to conquer some of the highest peaks in the country on a regular basis.

Ram has over 20 years of experience in branding and advertising, 9 of which are as the co-founder of Brand Harvest. His previous work experience spans agencies like Ogilvy, Lowe and Rediffusion where Ram was one of pioneers of Account Planning. He has worked extensively on new brand launches across all the agencies he has worked for. As a part of Brand Harvest agency, he has completed over 100+ projects across industries and categories. He also spent a brief period as a consultant for Reliance communications in assisting them with the name change and branding program for Reliance ADAG.
With over 12+ years of exposure in advertising, publication and branding agencies, Ravi has been associated with leading agencies like Draft+FCB, Elephant Design, and STC Global brand management. He holds a Post-Graduate degree in Digital Design from the prestigious Ecole Intuit Lab. Ravi has worked for some of the leading brands across industries like Zodiac, Amul, Tata Indica, Asian Paints, , Delhi Duty Free, , Dun & Bradsheet, Taj President, CRISIL, Tata Communications etc. In his free time he dabbles with photography and painting besides cooking.
Nagesh aspires to live life as a complete artist with his versatile roles like fine artist, cartoonist, Illustrator, art director, graphic designer, percussionist and a hobby chef. In the span of last 15 years he has worked with advertising, media and branding industries. Lowe, Turner International, Rediffusion, Dentsu, M&C Saatchi and STC to name a few.
Samir Kumar has an eclectic mind with pursuits in street-theatre, cinema, advertising, branding and poetry. For Samir, crafting advertising and creating brand messages is an act of passion. More than customer surveys, communication & design research and market analysis, successful brands require guts, surprise and delight. Over a decade of creating brand messages at LOWE, McCann, and Enterprise Nexus agency, Samir has also worked extensively with many national and international brands.
A well-rounded professional with experience spanning brand management, advertising and marketing. Sujai has spent over a decade in leading advertising agencies including Lintas and Ogilvy, playing a strategic role managing brands like MRF, Dabur, Citibank and jet Airways to name few.
He has spent the decade with Relience Communications building the VAS business, particularly focussing on mobile commerce and mobile advertising. Sujai has built a 100 cr business ground up for Reliance. Sujai is an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad.
