Adam Hentz is the Office Manager for Bodker, Ramsey, Andrews, Winograd & Wildstein, P.C. Adam brings over 20 years of administrative experience in Office Management and Accounting. He assists in the development and implementation of firm policies and procedures; maintains accounts payable, receivables and monthly billing. Adam is the point person for vendors and other business representatives.
Adam is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Adam is an active member of the Atlanta Association of Legal Administrators where he served as former treasurer.
Adam and his wife live in Decatur. When he is not in the office, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children, volunteering as a puppy raiser with the Guide Dog Foundation, traveling to Canada, and playing with his dogs.

Amit is an associate in the firm's technology and corporate and transactional practice groups. Amit's practice focuses on providing strategic business and legal counsel to businesses of all sizes, from startups to multinational corporations and their founders, investors, and boards of directors across a broad spectrum of areas ranging from private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactional matters.
Throughout his career, Amit has successfully handled a wide range of transactional matters, including complex domestic and international transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, and commercial agreements on his client's behalf. His meticulous attention to detail, combined with his strategic thinking and business acumen, has earned him a reputation for providing practical and innovative legal solutions.

Biography
Brian Bodker is a founding member of the firm who has practiced as a business and transaction attorney for over 35 years and is also a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant. He has extensive experience in advising "middle market" companies (annual revenues in the $5M to $250M range) and "large market companies" in various industries including business and consumer services, professional services, health care, manufacturing, and technology in various transactions and situations. These include structuring and funding their corporate and other business entities and the related ownership arrangements (and includes creating and advising on effective governance (board of directors) for entrepreneurial and privately-held business organizations), buying and selling business units, and structuring and documenting employment, supply chain, supplier, customer and strategic relationships and agreements and licensing and regulatory requirements.
Brian's (and the firm's) direction and approach is focused on probing and collaboratively identifying the real issues and problems facing the client and finding unique long-term solutions. This pragmatic approach is always client focused and provides both cost and time effectiveness. Accordingly, Brian works closely with his clients to understand their businesses to avoid or limit downstream disputes, liabilities and exposures including review of compliance with federal, state and local laws and to plan and take steps toward ultimate sale, disposition, or refinance of those businesses. His experience is crucial in finding cost effective solutions for clients. Brian also provides counsel to United States affiliates of entities based outside of the United States.
Brian has lived in Atlanta since 1971. He is a lifetime golfer, enjoys traveling, fitness, and staying active in the community and with friends.

Biography
Christopher Day is a senior associate with the Firm's corporate and real estate transactions departments. A native of the Atlanta metro area, Chris attended the University of Georgia where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 2010. He then obtained his Juris Doctor and Masters in Business Administration in 2015 from Georgia State University.
Prior to joining the firm, Chris practiced as an associate and partner for a local law firm in Lawrenceville, GA where he practiced in real estate banking and finance, commercial development, corporate formation and governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Chris thrived in representing institutional and private lenders, business entrepreneurs, and investors of real estate. He has experience in drafting, planning and negotiating formation documents, including operating agreements/shareholder agreements and joint venture agreements, as well as helping clients with the many related issues which stem from such business partnerships.
Chris additionally served as in-house counsel to an Atlanta-based real estate development and investment company, which has helped bolster Chris's understanding of the practicalities of owning and managing a business to better serve his clients' needs. Chris prides himself on clear and regular communication with his clients to better comprehend the specific needs of their enterprise. Chris's emphasis on detail and trusted advocacy for his clients help make him a valuable asset for Bodker, Ramsey, Andrews, Winograd & Wildstein, P.C.
While not serving his clients, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, son and two dogs, and can be spotted around town at the many new dining institutions Atlanta has to offer. He is also a music lover and enjoys playing the piano as his lifelong hobby.

Cindy Bastos is the paralegal to Robert Wildstein, Jake Maurer and Riley B. Liu in the Firm's litigation practice group. Cindy has over 15 years of background as a litigation and corporate paralegal, and has been with the Firm since 2004 working primarily in litigation with an emphasis on commercial collections and creditors' rights. She has significant experience with garnishments, dispossessory (eviction) proceedings, foreclosures, and federal bankruptcies. She also has a broad knowledge of general litigation and is skilled in the areas of e-discovery, file management, document preparation, legal research, state and federal court procedure and annual corporate registrations.
Originally from Columbus, Georgia, Cindy attended Columbus State University and the University of Georgia, where she majored in Criminal Justice and Social Science. She also obtained her Paralegal Certification from the University of Georgia.
Cindy is an active member of the Georgia Association of Paralegals. She has a love for the outdoors and in her spare time, she enjoys camping and hiking. She also enjoys crafting, college football, and Braves baseball.
Debi joined Bodker, Ramsey, Andrews, Winograd & Wildstein as the Firm Administrator in 2013 and is currently the firm's Chief Operating Officer. She is a graduate of Chapman University and holds a BS in Business Administration/Economics. Debi is an active member of the Atlanta Association of Legal Administrators. She enjoys gardening, home improvement projects, traveling and spending time with her husband, Sid, their families and friends.
Biography
An experienced trial attorney, Harry Winograd concentrates on complex commercial litigation. Harry represents businesses and individuals throughout the country in all stages of litigation and arbitration in state and federal courts. Harry successfully handles cases involving LLC and corporate break-ups, restrictive covenants in executive employment (non-competes and no solicitation), trade secrets, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, business divorces, business management and internal succession. Harry uses his experience to develop effective solutions to the most complex and often contentious disputes. Harry's intelligent, committed approach to business litigation and trial practice has earned him national recognition.
Harry co-authors the authoritative legal resource book "Georgia Business Litigation" in which he covers "Limited Liability Company and Partnership Litigation." He serves as Co-Editor of The Atlanta Lawyer, the official magazine of the Atlanta Bar Association. Harry also trains America's future trial attorneys as an Adjunct Professor for his alma mater, Emory University School of Law in the Kessler-Eidson Trial Techniques Program.
For each year since 2004, Harry is recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyer (limited to the top 5% of attorneys in Georgia, chosen through the independent research of Law & Politics magazine and published in Atlanta magazine). Biography
Jake Maurer is a Principal in the Litigation Section and has been with the firm since 2000. Jake's practice focuses on representing individuals and businesses in a wide range of commercial and business litigation matters including contract disputes, real estate litigation, judgment enforcement and creditor's rights, shareholder disputes and business torts, and commercial leasing matters.

Jessica Wood is one of the top 100 Super Lawyers™ in Georgia. She has won all of her trials, including two directed verdicts. However, most cases do not go to trial: clients need to control costs, outcome, and the time expenditure of key executives. Jessica is known for achieving outstanding results for her clients without going to trial, including pre-suit resolutions, summary judgment dismissals after suit is filed, and defense settlements for no payment. Her practice areas include breach of fiduciary duty, contracts, employment, fraud, tortious interference with business relations, and trade secrets.
Jessica is active in the legal community. She created Water Cooler Office Hours, an innovative mentoring program that allows law students to find role models and champions in an informal environment. In addition, Jessica is a frequent lecturer at law schools and continuing legal education classes for attorneys on a wide range of topics, including contract drafting, mindfulness in the practice of law, networking, pro bono work, and trial techniques.

John Killeen is a Principal with Bodker, Ramsey, Andrews, Winograd & Wildstein and has been with the firm since 2002. John's primary areas of practice include Family Law; divorce, custody and visitation, child support, alimony, property division, modification, and family violence issues, Estate and Probate Litigation; disputes over Will validity, guardianships and conservatorships for individuals with diminished mental capacity, and disputes over estate administration.
John is a Frequent speaker on the topics of family law and estate planning and volunteers at Johnson Ferry Baptist Church educating divorcing parents.

Madison Lacoste is the paralegal for Timothy Ramsey, Brian Bodker, Amit Patel, and Chris P. Day in the Firm's corporate practice group. Madison has spent the past 2 years gaining experience as a paralegal in personal injury in Nashville, Tennessee before deciding to move back to her hometown of Atlanta, Georgia. She is working primarily in business law with an emphasis on corporate transactions and intellectual property.
Madison attended Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Music Business with a Legal Studies Emphasis.
During her free time, Madison enjoys spending time with her family, taking her Bernedoodle puppy to the park, and working out. She also has a love for cooking and watching college football and baseball.

Biography
Riley is an associate of the Firm, who focuses on litigations and family law. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Riley attended undergraduate at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and obtained her Juris Doctor degree at Emory University School of Law.
At Emory, Riley served as Vice President of the Legal Association for Women Students. She was also involved in the Know Your Rights program, and the Emory Bankruptcy Developments program.
Before attending law school, Riley taught English in Japan for two years. Riley enjoys baking, karaoke, and spending time with her husband, two children and her dog and cat.

Rob Wildstein represents local, regional and national clients engaged in all areas of business, including professional services, technology, health care, real estate, and manufacturing. For over 30 years, Rob has developed a broad base of experience to serve the diversified needs of his commercial and individual clients. Rob serves as a strategic advisor to numerous clients and resolves complex issues through determined, and proficient representation. Rob is result oriented and committed to handling client matters in the most efficient, timely and cost-effective manner. Rob holds leadership positions in various community and civic organizations.
Roma Jacobs joined Bodker, Ramsey, Andrews, Winograd & Wildstein in June of 2019 and is the Legal Assistant for Brian D. Bodker, Tom Rosseland and Stephen D. Dix. A native New Yorker, Roma moved to Atlanta "by accident" five years ago and has come to love it. She enjoys traveling, volunteering with seniors, and all outdoor activities.
Samantha came to Bodker, Ramsey, Andrews, Winograd & Wildstein, P.C. in 2014 and is the Firm's Marketing Coordinator. She currently attends Georgia State University working towards her Accounting and Computer Information Technology degrees. In her free time, Samantha enjoys doing graphic design, traveling to new places and spending time with her family and friends.

Biography
Stephen C. Andrews is a founding member of the Firm, concentrating his practice on all aspects of complex and high net worth family law, including divorce, alimony, custody, support, property division, and antenuptial agreements. Steve also handles estate, trust, probate, and guardianship litigation in which he defends executors, administrators, trustees, guardians and other fiduciaries from disputed claims. He prosecutes "will contests" and other litigation involving claims of fraud, mismanagement, forgery, undue influence, incapacity, and breach of fiduciary duty by those who have been wrongfully deprived of their assets or inheritance. His extensive experience includes disputes and trials throughout the State of Georgia, and appeals to the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court. Steve brings order to chaos with creative, cost-effective solutions to complex problems.

Steve Dix joined the firm following a 30 year in-house career at high tech companies. From 1999 until 2013, Steve served as the Senior Vice president, General Counsel and Secretary at Alpharetta, GA based Convergent Media Systems Corporation. As its General Counsel, Steve managed the company's legal operations, established internal guidelines for corporate governance, managed its intellectual property, customer contracts, and purchasing and, as a member of the company's executive committee, participated in the formulation of all corporate policies.
Prior to joining Convergent, Steve was the Chief Counsel for North American Operations at Amdahl Corporation, a Silicon Valley based manufacturer of mainframe computers, associated peripherals and software. There he managed all legal operations within Amdahl's Field Sales, Operations Services, the Software Marketing Group, and the company's CE Services Inc. subsidiary. As the Company expanded its sales in the telecommunications market, he coordinated corporate policy on changing telecommunication law and regulation issues.
While having extensive experience handling multi-million dollar transactions for major multi-national companies, he is also very conversant with the growth issues associated with smaller companies. His in-depth knowledge of the high tech industry and related IP issues, plus his broad base of knowledge in matters as diverse as corporate governance, M&A, and labor law, make him a valuable addition to our technology group.
Steve began his legal career as a Lieutenant in the US Navy's Judge Advocate General's Corps, and was in private practice in Houston, Texas prior to moving in-house.

Therese "Terri" Malloy is the paralegal to Stephen Andrews and John Killeen in the Fi rm's family law practice group. Terri joined Bodker, Ramsey, Andrews, Winograd & Wildstein in 2018 as a legal assistant and was promoted to Paralegal after earning her Paralegal Certificate from Kennesaw State University later that year. Terri supports the family law team with e-filing, discovery demands and responses, legal research, drafting court documents and initiating and processing discovery for high asset divorces with all Superior Courts in Georgia. She assists with Probate and Fiduciary litigation matters and is also responsible for drafting documents, file management, corresponding with lawyers, legal staff, and clients.

Tom Rosseland represents domestic and international clients in a variety of industries and practices in the international, corporate, employment, and business litigation areas at Bodker, Ramsey, Andrews, Winograd & Wildstein, P.C. Tom has worked with and successfully handled a wide array of complex legal matters for individual and corporate clients. Tom extensively works with CFOs for many businesses and he also supports the C-Level community, both professionally and personally, as a mentor and as a networking resource.
Tom is the host and moderator of the International Business Radio program on ProBusinessChannel.com, and serves as Chair of the International Section of the Atlanta Bar Association. Early in his career, Tom served as in-house counsel for ExxonMobil. Born as a first generation American to a Swedish mother and a Norwegian father, Tom now serves as the Honorary Consul for both the Kingdom of Sweden and the Kingdom of Norway in Georgia.

A North Carolina native, Tim graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Science degree. Before attending law school, he obtained his North Carolina Real Estate Broker license. Tim attended the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia where he obtained his Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Finance. He simultaneously attended the University of Georgia School of Law where he obtained the degree of Juris Doctor Magna Cum Laude. Tim is licensed to practice in the states of Georgia and North Carolina.
Tim provides general business representation to a variety of clients with emphasis in commercial real estate, business organizations and commercial transactions. Clients served include entrepreneurial business owners, software development and licensing companies, automobile dealerships, franchisees, professional service providers, insurance agents and brokers, financial advisors, commercial real estate owners, investors, developers and builders, industrial manufacturers, and retailers. He plays a key role in growth and exit strategic planning with his clients, and results oriented implementation.
Tim is a founding shareholder of the firm and has served as managing partner since 1986.
