Mr. Cuthbert is the General Counsel & Compliance Officer for UK/Europe, based in Brigade's London office. Prior to joining Brigade in 2017, Mr. Cuthbert was as a Senior Associate in the Financial Services/Investment Management Group at Dechert LLP in London, where he worked from 2011 to 2017. Previously, Mr. Cuthbert worked at Eversheds LLP in London from 2006 to 2011, qualifying as a UK solicitor in 2008. Mr. Cuthbert received a BS from the University of Plymouth, and a Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course from Nottingham Law School.

Mr. Petitjean is the Global CLO Portfolio Manager and a member of the Investment and ESG Committees. Prior to joining Brigade in 2019, Mr. Petitjean was employed as a Senior Equity Analyst at Kingdon Capital and Head of Credit Research for the Kingdon Credit Fund. Prior to his tenure at Kingdon, Mr. Petitjean was an Analyst at Brevan Howard. Mr. Petitjean started his career at Goldman Sachs as a Sell-Side Analyst covering both the automobile/auto supplier sector and the metals and mining sector, where he was a member of Institutional Investor's "All-American Research Team". Mr. Petitjean holds an A.B. in Government and History, magna cum laude from Bowdoin College, and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Earlier in his career, Mr. Honneus was a Senior Software Developer for leading technology companies, including Monster Worldwide and Terra Lycos. Additionally, Mr. Honneus created his own web development and data hosting company, Solucian Networking, which he sold in 1999. Mr. Chaice is the Head of Distressed Research. Additionally, Mr. Chaice worked as an Analyst at Southpaw Asset Management, where he analyzed event-driven investment opportunities relating to bankruptcies, restructurings, mergers, liquidations, and litigation. Prior to Southpaw, Mr. Chaice practiced law at Cahill Gordon & Reindel and Willkie Farr & Gallagher, where he specialized in capital markets transactions, primarily representing underwriters of high yield bonds and leveraged loans. Mr. Morgan is the firm's Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer. Additionally, Mr. Morgan is a member of both the Investment and Risk Committees. Prior to forming Brigade in 2006, Mr. Morgan was a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Fixed Income at MacKay Shields, LLC. At the same time, Mr. Morgan grew the firm's high yield assets to $17 billion and raised approximately $800 million in the long/short fund. Mr. Morgan joined his predecessor firm in 1997 and co-managed its high yield funds until 2000, when he became the Lead Portfolio Manager of the High Yield Division. Mr. Morgan began his career in money management as a Research Associate, then High Yield Analyst, at Fidelity Management and Research Company. Mr. Pardon joined Brigade in early 2007 as a senior analyst covering the retail, gaming, and leisure sectors and was promoted to head the High Yield Research Team in 2012, then Head of Corporate Credit in 2021. Prior to joining Brigade, Mr. Pardon was a Vice President/Senior Analyst in the High Yield Group at Lehman Brothers Asset Management. His sectors of responsibility included the healthcare, gaming/lodging/leisure, retail, consumer products, food/drug/tobacco and the services industries. Mr. Pardon also served as an Analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Merrill Lynch & Co. Mr. Tejwani is Partner and Portfolio Manager in Structured Credit, focused on identifying opportunities in index, option, and tranche credit derivatives as well as in cash CLOs. Mr. Tejwani also focuses on the ETF and Index volatility space. Prior to joining Brigade in 2019, Mr. Tejwani was a Partner at River Birch LLC, and before that was a Portfolio Manager and co-head of Structured Credit at Pine River Capital Management. Mr. Tejwani began his career at Lehman Brothers where he eventually led the Structured Credit Research and Strategy effort. Mr. Karis is the Head of Tax. Additionally, Mr. Karis worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he focused on hedge fund clients in both the audit and tax departments. Additionally, Ms. Wang traded CMBS during her time at MKP. Prior to MKP, Ms. Wang oversaw Non-Agency RMBS at Loews. Ms. Wang began her career as a mortgage and whole loan trader at Banc of America. Mr. Turilli is the Head of Marketing and in his role has oversight over the Marketing and Investor Relations functions at Brigade. In addition, Mr. Turilli has direct responsibility for business development in Asia, Australia, and parts of the United States and Canada. He engaged with Aon's clients on their asset allocation decision making and served as a floating member of the team's Investment Committee. Previously, Ms. Qian led Global CLO Research at Morgan Stanley. In that capacity, Ms. Qian published research insights and developed bespoke analyses for the bank's global institutional clients. Prior to joining Brigade in 2021, Mr. Ha was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at MKP Capital Management, where he was a senior member of the firm and responsible for it firm's CLO investments, including all risk and investment decisions as they pertained to CLOs and other loan derivatives. Additionally, Mr. Ha created and oversaw the development of risk systems, analytics, and quantitative models, as well as surveillance, trade execution and research processes to invest in CLOs and other credit products. During his seven year tenure, CLO investments grew to over $1 billion at their peak. Prior to MKP, Mr. Ha was employed as a Vice President in CLO Secondary Trading at Goldman Sachs, where he oversaw the trading and risk management of the Global CLO and corporate CDO trading book. Mr. Ha began his career as a CDO/CLO Research Analyst at Lehman Brothers and went on to launch Lehman Brothers' European secondary CDO trading business in London. Mr. Ha received a BS from Cornell University.

Mr. Garson is the Head of Corporate Credit Research and is a member of the Investment and ESG Committees. Mr. Garson joined Brigade in 2009 as a senior analyst covering the healthcare sector. Prior to joining Brigade, Mr. Garson was a Managing Director, covering the healthcare industry at RBS Greenwich Capital from 2007 to April 2009. Additionally, Mr. Garson was an Executive Director in high yield research, covering healthcare and related companies at UBS Investment Bank from 1999 to 2007. Mr. Garson also worked at BT Alex. Brown and BancAmerica Robertson Stephens in a similar research capacity. Before joining BancAmerica's High Yield Group, Mr. Garson worked in BancAmerica's Principal Private Equity Subsidiary. Mr. Luis joined JPMorgan after working at GMAC Mortgage as a Senior Financial Analyst in Capital Markets Mortgage Trading. Mr. Luis received a BS in Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and an MBA from New York University. His primary focuses included Relative Value, High Yield, Distressed Credit and Equity volatility strategies. Prior to his tenure at BlueMountain, Mr. Eardley was employed at Barclays as a Distressed Credit and Leveraged Loan Trader for two years. Mr. Eardley holds a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Durham and is a CFA charterholder.

Mr. Mimaud is a Managing Director in Trading responsible for transactions in the equity, options and derivative markets. Prior to joining Brigade in 2011, Mr. Mimaud was a Senior Equity Trader at Karsch Capital Management, responsible for all equity derivatives trading. Before joining KCM, Mr. Mimaud ran the Single Stock Option Trading Group at Credit Suisse. Prior to that role, Mr. Mimaud served for three years as a Vice President in the Equity Derivatives Trading Department at Goldman Sachs, where he was responsible for trading the NDX index. Mr. Mimaud also worked in the Société Générale London Office as a UK stock options market maker, an equity derivatives trader, and finally as Vice President of the Equity Derivatives Group. Mr. Mimaud received a MS in Economics from the ESIAE College of Paris.
