Paul Breslin joined the firm in 1996 after studying for a B.Sc. degree, followed by a Masters Degree in Property Investment at City University, London. Paul is an advocate of excellence in personal service and will be your point of contact from commencement. Paul is a member of both of SCSI and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, London (RICS Registered Valuer), the worldwide professional institution.
