Amanda Cahill joined Branch Communications in February 2024. Amanda serves as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Development for Branch Towers, LLC where her primary responsibility is to lead business development initiatives, collaborate with multiple departments on innovative solutions to help support carrier network goals, pursue new and manage existing client relationships, as well as assist in marketing activities to better showcase Branch's service offerings across several different media.
Prior to joining Branch, Amanda held positions including National Director of Business Development (SQUAN) and Sr. Director of Business Development (Network Connex), where she was responsible for prospecting potential customers, managing client relations, contract negotiations, defining long-term organizational goals and establishing sales account strategies for wireless service providers, cable MSO's, utility providers and communication tower owners. Amanda also held positions with Flash Technology, Smartlink and VERTICOM.
Amanda previously served as the President of Women's Wireless Leadership Forum (WWLF). Additionally, she held the position of Executive Director of Ways & Means in WWLF for over five years. She is also actively involved in several state wireless associations, a member of NATE and is the host of the Redefining Motherhood Podcast.
Amanda holds an MBA from the University of Central Florida, where she also completed her undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies.
Holly Szczypinski joined Branch Communications in 2016 and serves as the Vice President of Legal and Regulatory. Prior to joining Branch, Holly served as Vice President at Investors Title Insurance Company as the company's leader in commercial escrow services and managing multi-bank owned agencies in the Midwest region. Holly also served as the Director of Business Development for Spectrasite Communications where she led a team of attorneys in the development and acquisition of lease buyouts and other aspects of the wireless infrastructure business. Holly is a graduate of UNC Charlotte and obtained her JD from Mississippi College School of Law. Holly is also an alumnus of the Executive Education Program at UNC Chapel Hill and is an active member of the North Carolina State Bar.
Jerod is our in-house Professional Engineer with over 10 years of experience working in the telecommunications industry. joined Branch Communications in March 2018 with more than 20 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis and corporate compliance. Ms. Flynn received her MBA from the University of Tulsa and oversees corporate finance, treasury, long-term budgeting and plays a significant role in Branch's strategic leadership. Prior to Branch Communications, she spent ten years as Controller/Practice Manager for Pediatric Therapy Companies in the Tulsa and Dallas area.
In April 2013, James joined Branch Communications to lead the Architectural and Engineering department with 18+ years of experience in telecommunications and 6 years in structural design. He successfully established two separate Architectural and Engineering departments in his career and has overseen and helped design multiple prototypical cellular site drawings for companies to use as a nationwide template for construction projects to ensure uniformity of construction and products. He also co-developed an automation system for faster construction drawings.

Mr. Pierce joined Branch Communications in April 2013. Mr. Pierce is responsible for oversight of all construction related operations. Michael began his career in communications in 1982 with Pioneer Telephone Cooperative. He transferred to the wireless division in 1988 to begin his career in wireless communication.
