Alexandra Lazcano is an attorney in the firm's Miami office, where she is a member of the Insurance Litigation Group.
Prior to joining Bressler, Alexandra worked as an associate at a Florida law firm, where she focused her practice on first-party insurance and property claims, bad faith, and general litigation. She also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Cecilia Altonaga at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Christina M. Zarcone is an associate in the firm's Labor & Employment and Professional Liability practice areas. Before attending law school, Christina worked as a high school history teacher and served as the Executive Vice-President and Chief Negotiator for the Parsippany-Troy Hills Education Association.
Christina is an alumna of the 2021 Bressler Summer Associate program. Prior to joining the firm, Christina was a legal researcher at Seton Hall and interned at the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office.
Christina earned her J.D. from Seton Hall Law in 2022, where she was a member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board and a contributor to the Seton Hall Legislative Journal. In 2020, she won both the Ronald J. Riccio Moot Court Competition and the Appellate Advocacy Award for Best Oral Argument. She received her B.A. in History, magna cum laude, from Villanova University in 2007.

Christina Roye is an associate in the Firm's Insurance Defense group. In her prior position, Christina served as in-house counsel for a major property & casualty insurance company in Miami, Florida. Her experience includes litigating and successfully representing the insurance company against property insurance cases. She also handled all aspects of litigation, including drafting and responding to pleadings and motions, managing the discovery process, conducting legal research and depositions, negotiating settlements, and handling all facets of jury trials. As counsel, Christina also drafted, interpreted, and negotiated contracts. Her goal in every case is to obtain the most favorable, cost-efficient resolution for her clients.
Christina obtained her J.D. from the St. Thomas University Law School, where she was a member of the St. Thomas Trial Team, the Journal of Complex Litigation, and the Black Law Students Association. She earned a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in Business Administration, from the Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University. Jennifer Harper is an associate in the Firm's Insurance group. Her practice focuses on insurance litigation and first party insurance defense. She is an alumna of Bressler's summer associate program.
Jennifer earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, she interned for the University of Miami School of Law Health Rights Clinic, representing health-impaired clients in immigration and disability-related matters. Through her participation in the clinic, Jennifer earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award®, given to the highest-scoring student in a class. She also served as Articles and Comments Editor for the University's Race & Social Justice Law Review and as a Judicial Intern for Chief Judge Laurel Isicof, United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Florida.

Kalie Maniglia is an associate in the firm's Fort Lauderdale office in the Financial Institutions and Business and Commercial Litigation groups. She is an alumnus of Bressler's summer associate program.
Before joining Bressler, Kalie was a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Donald M. Middlebrooks of the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida, and served as a Law Clerk at the United States Attorney's Office, Northern District of Florida. She has experience handling civil litigation and mediation matters as a Certified Legal Intern at the Tallahassee City Attorney's Office Litigation Department.
Kalie received her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law, where she graduated cum laude and received the Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award. During law school, Kalie was Executive Editor for the Business Review and Writing & Research Editor for the Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law. She was also a member of the Moot Court and Mock Trial advocacy teams and earned Book Awards in White Collar Crime and Trial Practice. Kalie received her B.A. in Political Science and Economics, cum laude, with minors in Spanish and Communication Studies from the University of Florida, Honors College, in 2019.

Luca Provenzano is an associate in the Firm's Labor and Employment Litigation and Financial Institutions Litigation and Arbitration practice groups. Luca is involved in representing businesses and licensed professionals in the federal and state courts of New Jersey in a broad array of litigation matters. He is also an alumnus of Bressler's Summer Associate program.
Luca earned his J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the school's Law Review. His work there earned him a Distinguished Service Award for Outstanding Contribution, and the Law Review published his Comment in Volume 53, Book 2. In 2022, Luca won the Appellate Advocacy Award for Best Oral Advocate and was a Quarterfinalist in the school's Eugene A. Gressman Moot Court Competition. In 2023, Luca was a Student Attorney in the Family Law Clinic at the school's Center for Social Justice, where he represented pro bono clients in adoption and visitation matters.

Margot DeKorte Lewis is an associate in the firm's Private Client group in Bressler's New Jersey office. She focuses her practice primarily on estate planning and administration.
Before joining Bressler, Margot was an associate at a prominent New Jersey firm, where she gained experience in general corporate matters, closely-held business succession planning, and estate planning. Margot also worked as a staff attorney at a boutique estate planning firm, where she drafted wills, durable powers of attorney, and health care directives.
A graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, Margot was a member of the Family Law Clinic at the Law School's Center for Social Justice. As a summer associate during law school, Margot successfully represented a victim of domestic violence who obtained a final restraining order in the Somerset County Superior Court, Family Division.
While pursuing her M.A. from the Boston University School of Social Work, Margot interned at the Boston Office for Public Counsel as an advocate for juvenile offenders. Margot earned her B.A. in English with a Psychology minor from the College of the Holy Cross.
Margot enjoys baking, golf, tennis and ice hockey. She volunteers at the Somerset County Food Pantry, serves as Treasurer for a 501(c)(3), sings with a choir, and coaches girls ice hockey. Margot enjoys spending time on the beach with her husband and three daughters
