George graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in economics and he received his law degree from Marquette University in 1974. He concentrates his practice in the fields of business law and litigation. George has handled various jury trials, court trials and hearings before Administrative agencies for individuals and businesses. He is the Firm President and a member of the Management Team. George has served as President of the Rock County Bar Association in 1989 - 90, is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the American Bar Association, and is a former member of the Governor's Advisory Council on Judicial Selection. He was elected as a member of Super Lawyers, is rated AV (highest rating) by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, and was elected to the State Bar of Wisconsin Board of Governors. In addition to the above, George is a member of the Board of Directors of Blain's Farm & Fleet Corporations. George and his wife Tricia, reside in Janesville. They have four children.

Lynn is a shareholder with the law firm. She primarily practices in the area of family law and has handled legal custody, placement, child support, maintenance, other child related financial matters, property division, voluntary paternity acknowledgement cases, paternity and divorce cases, post-divorce motions ,post paternity motions throughout courts in Wisconsin, including complex cases involving business valuation, high income maintenance and support issues, and high conflict family legal disputes. It is her goal in her practice to improve the lives of children and parents of divorce. She received her B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh (1987) and her J.D. degree from Hamline University School of Law (1993). Lynn is a member of the Rock County Bar (President (2 terms), President Elect and Secretary), Illinois State Bar Association (member, Family Law Section), American Bar Association (member, Family Law Section) and the State Bar of Wisconsin (member, Family Law Section). Lynn has been a presenter at continuing legal education courses on family law in Wisconsin through the National Business Institute; has taught Business Law at Blackhawk Technical College; served as a Moderator, Panelist and Presenter at the State Bar of Wisconsin Door County Family Law Workshop; and served as a presenter at the State Bar of Wisconsin PINNACLE 2014 GAL Training Surviving High-Conflict Cases. She is a certified Divorce and Family Mediator.

Mike joined Brennan Steil, S.C. in 1982. His law practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate, business transactions and estate planning. Originally from rural southwest Wisconsin, Will grew up working on his family's third generation beef cattle farm. He is a professional who believes that trust and communication are essential to the attorney-client relationship. Will has broad experience with respect to matters involving business transactions, real estate, banking, and landlord-tenant law. Will provides general representation to business entities with respect to their business affairs, including work in the areas of contracts, commercial transactions and loans. He assists corporate and individual clients regarding corporate formation, contract negotiation, employment issues and he drafts and reviews various types of contracts and sale agreements. Will's role as counselor is to assist his business clients in identifying and preventing problems and in resolving them before the need for litigation arises. Will has significant experience in many areas of real estate including traditional sales and purchases, short sale transactions, and commercial and residential development. Will has also worked with individual and corporate creditors in complex commercial and consumer bankruptcy proceedings, debt collection, lien enforcement and foreclosure cases. Prior to going into law school, Will worked in the Finance Department of a large community bank based in Madison, WI. Will handles both commercial and residential evictions and damage claims for his clients throughout Wisconsin and Illinois. He also assists clients with the drafting and interpretation of agricultural and commercial leases and residential rental agreements and other rental documents.
