Angela Brescia has served as VP & COO since July of 2004. Mrs. Brescia is responsible for the day to day activities of the Company.
Prior to becoming VP & COO, Mrs. Brescia served as Head Administrator of Harteis International. She was essential in leading the day to day activities. Mrs. Brescia was also responsible for website and marketing designs.
Mrs. Brescia holds an Associates degree in Business.
Since founding the Company in June of 2004, Frank has held the positions of Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chairman of the Board. Mr. Brescia founded the company with a vision to bring top cutting edge technology to Orthopedic Surgeons. Since its inception, Mr. Brescia has lead Brescia Orthopedics's growth into one of the top Distributors in the Country. His product management team constantly delivers new exciting and cutting edge products to their clients.
Prior to founding Brescia Orthopedics, Inc., Mr. Brescia served in the Medical Community for 8 years. He also holds 2 US patents in the medical/health sector.
Mr. Brescia has a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Med Biology and has studied courses towards his Masters in Business Administration from Villanova University.

Josie Vitale joined the team in February 2009 as Certified Surgical Consultant. Mrs. Vitale is responsible for sales growth in the Central Pa and Philadelphia Markets. Mrs. Vitale will use her extensive medical background to grow sales in the Spine Market throughout the territory.
Mrs. Vitale previously held the position of Professional Sales Representative for Johnson and Johnson. Here Mrs. Vitale received many sales accolades for work including President's Circle Winner. She brings with her a proven track record in developing relationship driven businesses.

Melissa Carter joined Brescia Orthopedics in April of 2008 as Chief Financial Officer. In this role Mrs. Carter is responsible for all financial business ends of Brescia Orthopedics, Inc. Mrs. Carter is also responsible for Marketing and Accounting at Brescia Orthopedics. Mrs. Carter also coordinates closely with Mrs. Brescia on the Day to Day activities of Brescia Orthopedics, Inc.
Prior to Joining Brescia Orthopedics, Inc., Mrs. Carter served as Head of Finance at BizNet Productions and iTeam. During her tenure, Mrs. Carter was influential in streamlining operations, improving customer service/satisfaction and improving overall profitability.

Mr. Ruter joined Brescia Orthopedics, Inc., in January of 2008 as Certified Surgical Consultant. Mr. Ruter is responsible for sales growth in the Northern Pa Region. Mr. Ruter will use his analytical expertise developing the Spine Market throughout the territory.
Prior to joining the team Mr. Ruter was instrumental in growing a family business. He was responsible for operations and management of the Family business. His skills and expertise are greatly illustrated in his past success.
