Anthony started his career in 2000 as an Account Executive with Household Financial, learning all facets of the credit review and mortgage process. He then moved on to be a mortgage underwriter and eventually promoted to a Team Leader with GMAC/ResMor Trust. This experience on the internal side of the business, has helped him succeed in his role as a BDM with Brookstreet MIC, GTA/Golden Horseshoe for the last 9 years. Anthony has helped the company grow into a meaningful mortgage player in today's MIC space.

With over 12 years of industry experience, Chris Reid brings an insightful perspective to the mortgage world. Since his beginnings at Home Trust Capital back in 2009, he has worked as an underwriter, funder and mortgage officer in the alternative lending space. Progressing on to brokering in his hometown of Burlington, Ontario, he has since become a BDM, servicing the greater Toronto region. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children in the great outdoors and never turns down a chance to watch his Jays play!

Darren joined Brookstreet in 2022 and brings his 20 plus years of industry experience to the team. He has been involved in starting and growing multiple new lenders over his career. Darren's focus has been on developing origination models, marketing initiatives and national sales teams to drive growth exclusively in the mortgage broker community.

Ms. Soloway has been actively involved in all aspects of the mortgage industry for the past 30 years and began her career owning and operating her own mortgage brokerage firm licensed under FSCO. In 1995 she joined TD Bank in their Mortgage Sales Force division and eventually ran the National Broker Services credit adjudication department. With 40 employees, she was responsible for the credit adjudication and relationship management of mortgage brokers and the mortgage sales force across Canada. TD Mortgage Broker Services adjudicated over $4 billion in mortgage applications per year.
Diana Soloway, Co-President and CIO: Ms. Soloway has been actively involved in all aspects of the mortgage industry for the past 28 years beginning her career as a mortgage broker followed by a role with TD Bank in their Mortgage Sales Force division. After two years, she was promoted to run the National Mortgage Broker Services department of the TD Bank. Diana worked at Home Capital Group (Home Trust Company). She was responsible for all aspects of sales, relationship management and communication to the mortgage brokers. Diana is a graduate of Western University and CCO and UDP of Brookvest Capital Corporation, a registered EMD with the Ontario Securities Commission.
Monique began her career in the financial services industry in 2006 and has worked for small and large investment management firms. She has held both back office and client facing roles including Operations Manager, Client Service Manager and Relationship Manager.
She joined Brookstreet in 2022 as Compliance Manager. Monique manages the day-to-day compliance requirements for regulators, investors, and clients of the firm alongside the President, Diana Soloway. Monique holds a B. Comm, Marketing Management from Ryerson University.
Mr. Nero has been involved in the mortgage industry for the past 22 years. He began his career at HSBC Financial as a Branch Manager and then National Compliance officer. He was responsible for branch compliance, financial and operational efficiency for offices across Canada. In addition, Mr. Nero was responsible for building a mortgage broker referral network for the Central Broker Services Office at HSBC.
