Theresa McMenamin met co-founder Ralph Magnatta while both employed by national/international developer Rouse & Associates in the 1980's and decided in 1989 to build a better company, super-focused on services to clients and employees alike.
Theresa holds the designations of Certified Property Manager® from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the CCIM Institute. Theresa is also a multi-state licensed real estate broker.
A Magna Cum Laude graduate from Villanova University (go Wildcats) in Accounting and a secret passion degree in advertising and journalism from the Charles Morris Price School of Advertising and Journalism. She can account, manage, lease, sell AND write about your real estate.
A co-founder of Brite Realty in 1989, Theresa is native to the Philadelphia/Suburban area and long involved in area groundbreaking developments including Liberty Place in Philadelphia and Great Valley Corporate Center in Malvern while employed by Rouse & Associates (later Liberty Property Trust). She regularly provides real estate management, brokerage and consulting services to clients on a local and national level.
Tom joined Brite not long after graduating from Boston University. He enjoyed Facilities and Property Management assignments so much that he attended law school at night and earned his law degree from Widener University. Tom left Brite and concentrated on the practice of commercial real estate and land use and zoning for the Chester County law firm Riley Riper Hollin & Colegreco. But he could not stay away and rejoined Brite (now over 25 years combined) and remains an integral business development and sustaining member of our Team. He has many stories about Theresa and Ralph.
