Alyce is the Director of Client Services at Broadleaf Partners, LLC. She has worked in the financial industry since 1994 as an investor relations and client services manager. She is responsible for client services and communications. She is a graduate of The University of Akron where she earned a degree in Business Administration. Alyce lives in Hudson with her husband Kevin, where they raised their two boys.

Doug is the founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Investment Officer of Broadleaf Partners, LLC. He is responsible for setting the overall investment strategy at Broadleaf and is the primary portfolio manager of the Broadleaf Growth Equity Portfolio. Doug has over 30 years of investment experience. Prior to starting Broadleaf, Doug was instrumental in launching and managing a family of highly successful mutual funds.

Jared is a Financial Planner, and is responsible for providing support in the operation, marketing and development of the Firm's Core Portfolio Services. He joined Broadleaf Partners in 2021, and has worked in the financial services industry since 2018, when he graduated from The Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University with his B.S.B.A in Finance. After graduation, Jared moved to downtown Cleveland, and now resides in Cuyahoga Falls.
Lisa is the Director of Finance at Broadleaf Partners, LLC. She is responsible for accounting and payroll. She is a graduate of Miami University where she earned a Marketing degree in Business Administration. She is the wife of Doug MacKay. They reside in Boston Heights where they raised their four children.

Megan is a Client Services Associate and Trader at Broadleaf Partners, LLC. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, she worked in the financial services industry, performing duties related to legal administration and client services. Megan is responsible for trading, client services and communications. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University where she earned her B.A. in Strategic Communications. Just prior to joining Broadleaf Partners, Megan returned to Ohio to be closer to her family and watch her little nieces and nephews grow up.
Pete is an Equity Research Analyst, and is responsible for analyzing portfolio companies and researching prospects for the Broadleaf Growth Equity Portfolio. He also assists the firm's compliance and operations functions. Pete joined Broadleaf in 2021 following his tenure at Cohen & Company, where he specialized in the audits of mutual funds, hedge funds, and other investment products. Pete graduated magna cum laude from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Accounting and Finance and is an active Certified Public Accountant. Pete currently lives in Sagamore Hills. In his free time, Pete enjoys cycling, backpacking, and cheering on the Browns, Indians, Cavs, and Buckeyes.
