Mr. Dana has been an investor in Brookstone Partners since 2003. In 2016 he joined the firm as an operating partner. His main responsibilities are to assist in the strategy and operations of Brookstone's portfolio companies and to identify and acquire middle market companies in several verticals. Mr. Dana has over 25 years of financial and general management experience. He started his career at GE Locomotives Indonesia, working his way up to the role of President of that division. Subsequently, Chuck joined Owen Corning and held various positions including VP of Composite Solutions, VP of Financial Planning & Analysis, and culminating in his role as Group President of Building Materials. Mr. Dana retired from Owens Corning and served as Executive Vice President of the Molded Fiber Glass Companies before joining Brookstone as an operating partner. Mr. Dana received a B.A. from Dartmouth College in Economics.

Mr. Lipman joined Brookstone in 2004 and focuses on originating transactions and actively working with portfolio companies on organizational transformation, market expansion, implementing financial discipline and strengthening operations. Mr. Lipman has particular strengths working with companies to manage their capital structures, executing add-on acquisitions and other portfolio company related strategic projects. He currently serves on the board of directors of Denison, Instone and Mechanical Technology, Advanced Disaster Recovery, and Virginia Abrasives. Prior to joining Brookstone, Mr. Lipman was a member of the mergers and acquisitions group at UBS responsible for formulating and executing on complex merger, acquisition and financing strategies for Fortune 500 companies in the industrial, consumer products and healthcare sectors. Mr. Lipman received his B.S. from Babson College in Business Administration.

Mr. Toporek founded Brookstone Partners in 2003 and focuses on managing the firm, originating transactions and actively working with portfolio companies on organizational transformation, market expansion, implementing financial discipline and strengthening operations. Michael has particular strength working with entrepreneurial management teams to build companies and help to execute their strategic vision. He currently serves on the board of directors of Instone and Mechanical Technology, Advanced Disaster Recovery, and Virginia Abrasives. Prior to Brookstone, Mr. Toporek worked extensively with Fortune 100 companies to formulate and execute complex merger, acquisition and financing strategies in diversified sectors such as manufacturing, building products, medical and analytical instruments, environmental services, technology and transportation/logistics. He has also structured innovative debt, equity and equity-linked financing in the U.S. and European capital markets. Mr. Toporek began his career in Chemical Bank's Investment Banking Group, later joined Dillon Read, which became UBS Warburg during his tenure, and SG Cowen. Mr. Toporek serves on the board of trustees of Harlem Academy. Mr. Toporek holds a B.A. and an M.B.A from the University of Chicago.

Mrs. Rozajac joined Brookstone Partners in 2022. In her role at Brookstone Partners, Mrs. Rozajac is responsible for the origination, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities and working with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives as well as managing the portfolio. Prior to joining Brookstone, she worked for over 10 years in European banks. During her career, she has held various positions as an individual specialist and manager of organizational units in risk management, portfolio management and product management. Mrs. Rozajac holds a Master's degree in Actuarial studies and a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management from the School of Economics and Business University of Sarajevo.

Mr. Jacobson joined Brookstone in 2003 and focuses on managing the firm's information technology, compliance, administration and investor relations. Perry has particular strengths working with the firm's high net worth investors and the firm's mezzanine investments. Prior to joining Brookstone, Mr. Jacobson spent twenty-two years at the NYSE as a Floor Specialist with LaBranche and Wagner, Stott & Mercator, Floor Governor for the NYSE and Member of NYSE audit trail and market performance committee. Mr. Jacobson graduated from Boston University with a B.S. in Business Administration.

Mr. Shah joined Brookstone Partners upon his graduation from NYU Stern in 2020. In his role at Brookstone Partners, Mr. Shah is responsible for the origination, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities and working with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Brookstone, Mr. Shah was a Financial Analyst at Calvion Capital where he worked with the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Risk Office and Chief Investment Officer on fund operations and trading strategies. His other experience includes internships at JF Capital Advisors and EY (Transaction Advisory Services). Mr. Shah holds a B.Sc. in Business with concentrations in Finance and Accounting and a M.Sc. in Accounting from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
