For 20 years we invested in extra parts, electronic components and circuit boards in anticipation of continuing Pfaff service and sales as a retirement business. In 2018, now stocked with enough repair parts to serve our customers, we closed our retail establishment and set up an online and ship-in business. We repair only the Pfaff models of which we have ample parts inventory so that we can warranty our work to the end users. We can repair machines produced from 1975-1999.
