Gary A. Moore, Sr.

Gary and has over 30 years of national and global experience in the field of civil engineering. His extensive expertise for both the public and private sectors includes government service as a public official and owning an engineering firm performing services for municipalities and utility companies along with commercial and residential clients. As Director of Mid-Atlantic Operations, Gary oversees projects from inception to completion and provides project supervision and management, scheduling, budgetary, professional staff supervision and quality assurance/quality control. With an in-depth understanding of the water and wastewater industry, Gary specializes in analyzing systems to ascertain and identify data gaps and efficiency/inefficiency points to determine the most appropriate protocols, procedures, policies, equipment, and products. Gary's work at Bryant includes assisting clients in solving their unique issues by offering solutions specifically tailored to their needs. Gary is actively involved in several industry organizations including the Society of American Military Engineers, Water Environment Federation, American Council of Engineering Companies (DC & MD chapters), Maryland-Washington Minority Companies Association and the American Water Resource Association. Gary J. Hamilton

As Director of Survey, Gary is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the survey department in our Boston office - from initial client contact through final review and approval. With nearly 40 years of experience, including 26 years at Bryant, he has worked with most public agencies in the City of Boston and Massachusetts including Boston Parks and Recreation Department, Boston Water and Sewer Commission, Massachusetts Department of Transportation, Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, Massachusetts Port Authority and Massachusetts Water Resources Authority. Gary's broad experience includes large and small, rural and city projects, including roadway and utility surveys, housing, airports, universities, railways, bike paths, dams and bridges, hazardous waste sites, waterfront properties and piers, and parks and playgrounds. Gary is active in many professional organizations including the Society of American Military Engineers, National Society of Professional Surveyors, Massachusetts Association of Land Surveyors and Civil Engineers, Rhode Island Society of Professional Land Surveyors and the New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors.

James R. Comeau

Jim brings over 30 years of experience to every project he works on for both public and private sector clients, while overseeing the civil engineering staff of Bryant's Boston office. He has worked on numerous transportation infrastructure improvement projects including highways, bridges, and roadways, providing engineering design as well as construction oversight services. Jim also provides engineering design, environmental permitting and construction management services for institutional, industrial, commercial and residential real estate and civil/site development projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic and New England areas. His background is evenly split between transportation infrastructure improvement and real estate development projects. Jim's unique areas of expertise in association with transportation infrastructure improvement projects include Intelligent Vehicle Highway Systems Design for the Boston Central Artery/Third Harbor Tunnel Project, as well as agency experience as a result of a previous position with The Massachusetts Department of Transportation's highway design section. Jim has in-depth understanding and applied experience in green infrastructure, which includes environmental site design of stormwater management systems for developments in Massachusetts, Maryland, and Kentucky.

Jeffrey C. Bryant - CEO

As CEO, Jeff is responsible for the overall performance of the firm which includes the operations of all seven of Bryant Offices. Additionally, he serves as Principal in Charge for a number of the firms projects. Jeff has over 25 years of experience in the design, construction, and management of utility, roadway and structural projects. Jeff started his career as a structural designer before moving into the construction field prior to joining Bryant Associates in 2006. Jeff is a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies/Massachusetts, Rhode Island where is involved in the Transportation Agencies Liaison Committee. He is also a member of Conference of Minority Transportation Officials, Construction Management Association of America and currently serves as a Director for the Boston Post of the Society of American Military Engineers. Jenny Sung

Jenny began her career at Bryant in 2005 as a staff accountant and now serves as the controller for the company. Her primary responsibilities include accounting operations, forecasting and financial reporting. Another important aspect of her job involves creating project budget analyses and supervising all billing and payroll tasks. Jenny also manages Bryant's DELTEK software system which helps improve the firms' performance and profitably.

John M. Adams

John has over 30 years of professional experience as a project manager and land surveyor. He has worked on hundreds of diverse projects with private, municipal and state clients on numerous hazardous waste sites, sanitary, building, hydrographic and topographic projects. His experience has encompassed right-of-way, utility, topographic, GPS and property surveys as well as GIS projects. At Bryant, John contributes his broad base of technical, legal and logistical expertise to coordinate survey projects from the initial proposal through project completion/construction, while meeting client needs, standards, and budgets. John is active in various industry organizations including the New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors, Central New York Society of Land Surveyors and National Society of Professional Surveyors.

Karen D. Ridgley

Karen started working at Bryant Associates in 1986 after deciding she wanted to work at a minority-owned firm. She began her career at Bryant as a staff accountant, advanced through the years, and was eventually promoted to her current role as Director of Administration and Finance. Her primary responsibilities include all aspects of human resources; she also oversees the accounting and administration departments and works closely on the firm's information technology needs.

Michael E. LeBeau

Michael has over three decades of experience as a civil/structural engineer and has been involved with a variety of projects in both the public and private sectors. He has worked in a various disciplines including structural, civil/highway, and geotechnical engineering. As Bryant's lead structural engineer, Michael is responsible for the analysis, design and construction management of structural projects employing a wide variety of building materials such as reinforced concrete; prestressed and post-tensioned precast concrete; structural steel; aluminum; masonry; and wood structure for gravity, wind, and/or seismic forces. Structures he has designed include simple span and continuous span bridges. Throughout his career, Michael has provided unique solutions to difficult design problems and has improved cost and profitability for customers through his efficient design.

Richard A. Storm

Rick has over 30 years of experience and a broad depth of project management and engineering expertise with an emphasis on water and transportation infrastructure projects. As Director of Midwest Operations and Senior Project Manager in the Louisville office, he is responsible for client management, quality control/quality assurance, and project supervision and management. Rick is also primarily focused on scheduling, professional staff supervision and keeping staff utilized to the fullest. His experience includes working for various municipal owner agencies, including the Louisville Metro Public Works as the County Engineer, the City Engineer for the City of Louisville and a Senior Engineer for Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District. In addition, Mr. Storm has worked on numerous sanitary projects including Sanitary Sewer Evaluation and Surveys. Having worked for multiple agencies as the owners' representative, Rick has an in-depth understanding of water resources and transportation projects.

Steven M. Barbur

Steven has over 34 years of experience in civil design, transportation systems, and construction inspections. His expertise is varied and includes transportation facilities, municipal infrastructure, roadway and bridge design, traffic studies, hydrology and hydraulics, floodway analysis, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control. Steven also has over 15 years of construction inspection and engineering residency experience for both public and private clients encompassing heavy highway, infrastructure, roadway traffic systems, municipal wastewater treatment facilities, and structural special inspections. He has an in-depth understanding of engineering software, construction administration, construction standards, and residential and commercial construction techniques. He is OSHA Certified for 40-hour HAZWOPER and OSHA Confined Space. Steven often works with local agencies including the New York State Department of Transportation, New York Thruway Authority, Onondaga County Department of Transportation, Onondaga County Department of Water Environment Protection and numerous others.

Thomas R. Culligan

Tom leads Bryant's survey department in our Rhode Island office and has over 30 years of experience in all types of surveying including topographic, easements, property line, right-of-way, ALTA, hydrographic, construction layout and as-built. His project experience includes airports, bridges, roads, highways, dams, commercial properties, and residential subdivisions.

Thomas V. Monin

Tom began his career as a rodman on a survey crew performing mine reclamation in West Virginia. Today, he has over 25 years of experience and a broad depth of expertise performing various types of surveys in both the private and public sectors. Tom's experience includes projects for commercial, retail, roadways, bridges, parks, playgrounds and industrial parks. He has directed various surveys, including ALTA land title surveys, subdivision plats, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction layout and as-needed public survey work. As a licensed Professional Land Surveyor and the Survey Manager for the Midwest, Tom's responsibilities include overseeing all survey operations of field personnel, client relations and reviewing of all surveys performed. He is an active member of the Kentucky Association of Professional Land Surveyors and a retiree from the U.S. Air Force, having served 20 years in the Kentucky Air National Guard.

Todd E. Brayton

He is a civil engineer with 20 years of experience in the design and project management of roadway construction, highway rehabilitation and renovation, bridge approach roadways and urban intersections. Todd's expertise in the area of traffic engineering includes the study and design of traffic projects, including traffic signals and roundabouts, as well as the preparation of traffic and parking impact analyses for proposed residential, commercial, institutional and industrial developments. He also serves as Director of Operations for our Rhode Island office where he is responsible for project assignments and scheduling, professional staff supervision and quality assurance /quality control. Todd is active in professional organizations including the Rhode Island chapters of the Institute Transportation Engineers, the Intelligent Transportation Society and serves as an officer of the Executive Board for the Providence Engineering Society. As Bryant's Transportation Director, Todd combines his skills and industry knowledge to lead our traffic and highway projects.
