Andrew Felikian is responsible for investment analysis on multifamily acquisitions. Prior to joining Buchanan Street Partners, Andrew was an associate at Brookline Investment Group, where he was responsible for acquisitions and asset management of multifamily properties across the US.

BRYCE LIN

Bryce is responsible for overseeing accounting, finance and investor reporting for all of the firm's investment platforms. Bryce brings 20 years of financial and accounting experience, including 18 years in the commercial real estate industry. He previously worked at KBS Realty Advisors, a nationally recognized real estate investment advisory firm, where he oversaw all aspects of budgeting, forecasting and SEC reporting requirements for multiple REITs. He's been involved in many strategic transactions including IPOs in the U.S., Singapore and Israel. Prior to KBS, Bryce had also worked at CB Richard Ellis and KPMG LLP. Bryce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California and is a certified public accountant licensed in California. He is a Southern California native and is a proud father of two.

Carol Avellino

Chris is a Co-Founder and Partner of Buchanan Street Partners. Chris oversees capital raising for the firm's commingled funds and investor relations for Buchanan's broad base of high-net-worth investors, family offices and financial advisor clients. Chris also serves as Chief Compliance Officer, primarily responsible for overseeing and managing regulatory compliance within the company. He brings a broad real estate background to the investment management activities of Buchanan, having been involved in the commercial real estate finance industry for over 33 years. His extensive background includes many years as a pension fund and life insurance company fiduciary, financial intermediary and commercial real estate banker with Wells Fargo Bank. Chris holds a B.A in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

Conor O'Brien

Jackie Campbell is primarily responsible for assisting the Chief Compliance Officer with SEC regulatory compliance obligations. Jackie is also responsible for assisting with Investor Relations, working with high-net-worth investors and Buchanan's Registered Investment Adviser ("RIA") relationships. Prior to joining Buchanan, Jackie was employed for eight years at Advisor Solutions Group, Inc., a regulatory compliance consulting firm, starting as Administrative Assistant and working her way to Compliance Analyst, and finally Compliance Consultant. In her role as Compliance Consultant, she assisted RIAs with their regulatory compliance requirements which included filing disclosure documents, performing Annual Review testing, reviewing marketing materials, and providing consulting services. Jackie graduated from California State University Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

Jon Suddarth is responsible for sourcing self-storage development and acquisition opportunities within the Colorado, Pacific Northwest, and Northern California markets. Jon brings over 10 years of experience in the self-storage industry, having developed and acquired over 1.6 million square feet and 18,000 units. Prior to joining Buchanan Street, Jon served as a Principal of VanWest Partners, a Colorado based self-storage firm, as well as serving as a Vice President of Real Estate for the William Warren Group/ StorQuest Self Storage. Jon is a long-time member of the Colorado Self Storage Association (COSSA) Board and holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas Summerfield School of Business, and a Master's degree in Real Estate & Construction Management from the University of Denver.

Kevin M. Hampton - EVP

Kevin M. Hampton is responsible for sourcing, acquiring, developing, and operating multifamily communities. Mr. Hampton has over 35 years of multifamily development and acquisition experience in both the public and private multifamily sectors throughout California, Colorado, Utah, Texas, and Arizona. Mr. Hampton has developed and acquired over 17,000 multifamily units with a market value of over $4 Billion. Prior to joining Buchanan, Mr. Hampton directed development and investment operations throughout the Western United States at Associated Estates, a publicly traded REIT that was acquired by Brookfield Properties. Before that Mr. Hampton held executive and partnership roles at Western National Realty Advisors and Archstone Properties where he was responsible for internal development and joint-venture investment strategies on national levels. Mr. Hampton earned a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado, at Boulder, and is a licensed California Contractor and Real Estate Broker.

KIMBERLY KANEN - VP

Kimberly Kanen is responsible for the underwriting, financing, and closing of new investments; managing the formulation and implementation of strategies for each property, and ultimately overseeing the disposition of assets at the end of their holding period. Prior to joining Buchanan, she was Director of Asset Management & Leasing for The Garrett Group, a land and investment management company with 2.5 million square feet of office and industrial product under ownership. Kimberly has over 31 years of commercial real estate experience including portfolio management for The Irvine Company where she was the Portfolio Manager for 4.2 million square feet of Class A office space in Orange County. Prior to joining Buchanan Street Partners in 2020, Mack was a commercial mortgage banker with Bellwether Real Estate Capital and Grandbridge Real Estate Capital in Los Angeles, CA. Over his combined 8 years with both firms, Mack was an integral member of the Los Angeles originations team which produced over $3 billion of debt and equity transactions for private and institutional investors. Mack graduated from the University of Southern California with Honors from the Price School. He is an active member of ULI Los Angeles and a previous group leader for the ULI YLG Mentorship Program. Matt Haugen is responsible for sourcing equity investment opportunities in Orange County, San Diego, Houston and Dallas. Matt has 13 years of institutional real estate investment experience. In his 13 years with Buchanan Street Partners Matt has also been a lead analyst in the origination of over $500 million in debt placement business and the lead analyst in the asset management of principal investments valued at over $750 million. Matt graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California. Max Macey

Robert Brunswick is Co-Founder and Chairman of Buchanan Street Partners, a real estate investment management firm headquartered in Newport Beach, California. In his capacity, Robert has directed the entrepreneurial growth of Buchanan Street since its inception and continues to lead its current strategic direction. Buchanan Street Partners focuses on value investing in both commercial, multifamily, and self-storage properties and in making debt investments. In his day-to-day activities, Robert is responsible for chairing the firm's Investment and Executive Management Committees. In 2007, Robert established Buchanan Children's Charities, a 501(c)(3) organization which measurably improves the lives and educational opportunities for America's children. The charity's signature fundraising events have included Challenge for Children, Encore for Education and the Real Estate Summit. Throughout his career he has received numerous recognitions for both his entrepreneurship and his community philanthropic efforts including Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year, Boy Scouts of America who honored Robert with the "Good Scout Award" within Orange County, and separately the UCI Center for Real Estate's Power-packed Philanthropist Award. Timothy J. Ballard is Co-Founder, President & CEO of Buchanan Street Partners. Over the past 20+ years, Ballard has built high performing teams that currently operate an investment portfolio consisting of approximately $1.5 billion of real estate assets in the Western United States. Mr. Ballard has overall responsibility for Buchanan's strategic direction, investment making and asset management. Buchanan manages multiple funds and separate accounts for the purpose of investing in real estate debt and equity across multi-family, self-storage, office and industrial properties. These funds manage portfolios on behalf of large public pension plans, high-net-worth investors and family offices. Mr. Ballard has 33 years of real estate experience and holds dual degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School in Economics and Real Estate Finance.
