Brett Mason - CEO, Managing Director
Brett is the Managing Director & CEO of Built and has overall responsibility for leading Built's group wide strategy to deliver sustainable growth. He has 30 years' experience in all facets of construction and fitout and joined Built in its second year of operation.

Brian has over 30 years' experience and has worked as CIO in a wide range of industries including construction, engineering, transport, property and retail banking. Brian leads our IT and cyber security functions and plays a key role in our ability to stay at the cutting-edge of digital technologies that benefit us and our clients.
With over 25 years' industry experience, Chris has delivered more than $1.2 billion of commercial buildings. He leads design and construction teams to deliver complex building projects on time and on budget and is committed to aligning project deliverables with client needs.
With over 20 years' industry experience, Christian brings expertise across procurement, programming, design & quality management, as well as developing and maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships.

With a background in architecture, Clare's focus is creating healthier, more sustainable built environment for our clients. With deep experience in Green Star and NABERS, Clare has also been recognised as a leader by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI).
Dieter is the former Deputy Chief Executive Officer and CFO of Leighton Holdings Limited. He is the Chairman of the San Foundation and a former Director of Infrastructure NSW. He is also a life member and former President of the Financial Executives Institute.
Gabrielle has more than 25 years' experience on boards and is a Director of Infrastructure Australia, the Western Parkland Authority (NSW), the ACT City Renewal Authority and is a board member of the Major Transport Infrastructure Authority (Vic). She also chairs the Construction Industry Culture Taskforce.
Gary has over 30 years' experience within the construction industry across project delivery, consulting and commercial roles. At Built, Gary is responsible for overseeing and advising on group-wide risk & governance and ensuring operational excellence in commercial management.

Haydn is the former Head of Physical Performance for the Australian Rugby Union team and leads our health and wellness programs. Jason has held many senior finance leadership roles in construction and property development over the last 15 years and prior to this worked at Ernst and Young for over 6 years across Australia, Africa and the UK. Jason leads our treasury, financial reporting, accounting and shared services, as well as tax compliance and relationships with bonding and bank guarantee facilities providers.

Jon is responsible for our WA business and has over 20 years' industry experience. Jon is a well-respected construction industry leader, having delivered projects to the value of $5bn for Tier 1 builders in the UK, Western Australia and South Australia over the last 15 years.
Jono has over 16 years' property industry experience specialising in property development, design, delivery and leasing. He is trained architect and designer and leads the Group's development business and is responsible for managing the end to end development pipeline.

Kieran has over 18 years' experience in delivering large scale projects in the Defence sector across Australia. He has delivered over $2bn worth of projects, under the Managing Contractor model, and leads our dedicated, national team of Defence sector specialists, to provide customer-focused solutions for our Defence and National Government clients.

Marco is the Executive Chairman and Founder of Built. Following an established career in construction, Marco founded Built in 1998 with a strong focus on client relationships and a high performance team culture. Built has since grown to be one of Australia's largest construction groups.
Mitchell has over 24 years' industry experience, 15 with Built. He is responsible for strategic business development, sustainability & social impact, marketing & communications, innovation, estimating and the Small Works business unit.
Nick is a well-known and highly regarded construction professional with over 30 years' experience. Nick's expertise in fitout and refurbishment spans all sectors, from small intricate projects to large scale works over $100m. Nick's dedication, problem solving skills, client responsiveness and long-term relationships with our subcontractor partners ensures his projects achieve exceptional results.

Peter is the former Executive Director and CEO of Scentre Group and prior to its establishment in 2014, he was Chief Financial Officer of Westfield. He has held leadership positions at Westfield and Citibank in Australia, UK, Europe and US. and is also a director of the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute.
Peter has over 30 years' industry experience, with key roles leading a broad range of projects from extensive refurbishments and fitouts to new build and live environment works. Specialised in large projects, Peter has an excellent track record in the delivery of challenging design and construct briefs.
Ramsay leads Built Labs, which is responsible for ensuring Built remains on the cutting edge of digital technologies & innovative building methodologies. Ramsay has also delivered many of Built's luxury retail projects nationally over the last 8 years.
Richard has experience across all aspect of commercial management in New Zealand and Australia with a proven track record for delivering required project outcomes.
Robert has over 30 years' experience in finance and has held a number of senior roles in diverse industries including engineering, property and transport. Robert is responsible for finance including accounting, treasury and shared services.

Rod Anderson is a motivated and reliable cost planner and estimator with over 35 years' experience in the construction industry. Ross is responsible for our Vic, SA and WA businesses across construction, fitout and refurbishment. Ross has over 20 years' experience within the construction industry across multiple sectors and has successfully delivered several large scale design & construction and PPP projects.

Steve is responsible for our NSW, Qld, ACT, Newcastle & Hunter Region and NZ businesses across construction, fitout and refurbishment. Steve is a well-respected construction industry leader with over 30 years' experience.
Wal is the former CEO of Leighton Holdings Limited. He founded the Australian Constructors Association and was President from 1994 to 2010. He is currently a Director of Rock Art Australia and a former Director of Coca-Cola Amatil Limited. Wal was named business leader of the year in 2001 and 2008.
With a decade of experience, William has been integral in establishing Built's NZ operations and brings depth of experience from a variety of projects covering commercial, retail, health and education.
