Ray has a diverse background in construction supervision; project management and building inspections on all classes of buildings; management roles in the building and insurance sectors; local government; as well as several technical and trade positions. As a consultant his extensive experience includes providing technical advice and opinions, defect analyses, quality assurance and occupational health and safety investigations. Ray is a long term member of the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors, the Australian Society of Building Consultants and the Building Dispute Practitioners Society.
