Britt Baysinger

Britt Baysinger is a versatile technologist and IT professional with key competencies in electronic content management, project management, process engineering and independent validation and verification services. As a respected strategist he has worked with two of the nation's largest pension funds to incorporate content management technologies into their organizations. His 18 years of project management experience allows him to quickly adapt to dynamic and changing environments, while operating successfully in high-stress and multi-tasking situations. His attention to detail and innovative ideas keeps him in high demand by clients and partners looking to build high performing project teams. Whether leading or participating, Britt brings a wealth of experience to any project looking to achieve valued results. Britt excels at leading project teams aimed at developing new methods for managing enterprise business content including establishing new processes and tools; and providing process analysis and business process re-engineering services while managing a project to deploy a content management system. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He is certified as a Project Management Professional® through the Project Management Institute® and as a AIIM SharePoint Practitioner. An avid sports fan, Britt met his wife Ina on a trip to Los Angeles to attend an Oregon Ducks/UCLA Bruins football game; 14 years later they are still going strong. A father of four, he has an 8 year-old daughter, twins in college and a recent college graduate. Growing up in a Christian home, he remains active in his local church. He also enjoys many outdoor activities, including biking, hiking, fishing and even the occasional round of golf.

Karen Young

Karen Young is a skilled multi-faceted administrative and HR professional with more than 28 years of experience providing executive administrative support, office management, human resource management, bookkeeping and financial reporting. Her strong organizational abilities and communication skills coupled with her attention to detail and ability to manage the concurrent streams of "back office" activities make her a leader and a true asset to the Business Advantage Consulting team. She spent the first part of her career working for a large non-profit ministry organization, supporting its President/CEO and serving as liaison to the Board of Directors and executive staff. In 2009, Duane Cheney invited her to join the team at Business Advantage Consulting, where she enjoys working with its awesome team of consultants and interacting with its many clients, albeit virtually. In 2016, she earned her certification as a Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) through the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP). Before working from home became a world-wide necessity, Karen was already an experienced telecommuter, first from the East Bay of California and then from South Carolina. She is active in her local church and enjoys spending time with her amazing children and grandchildren.

Nicole Taylor

Nicole Taylor is a highly effective procurement professional who has provided administrative and procurement services for more than 20 years and led Business Advantage Consulting business development activities and pursuits for more than ten years. She focuses her proposal development activities on meeting and exceeding customer needs, resulting in high-quality responses and a high win ratio. Nicole's proven abilities in problem solving and team building strongly contribute to high levels of customer and team member satisfaction. Nicole continues to expand her knowledge in industry best practices for business development by regularly attending seminars and classes designed to improve proposal development activities and professional growth. She is a member of APMP (The Association of Record for Bid, Proposal, Business Development, Capture and Graphics Professionals); a worldwide authority for professionals dedicated to the process of winning business through proposals, bids, tenders, and presentations. Nicole joined Business Advantage Consulting in 2006 and now leads pursuits and other business development activities by telecommuting from North Carolina. This track record of virtual leadership enables Nicole and the Business Development team to develop processes and standards that are instrumental in effectively and efficiently working remotely. Nicole enjoys traveling to new places and spending time with her family. She also enjoys regularly volunteering her time to build, remodel and maintain places of worship that benefit so many in her community.

Steve Middlekauff

Steve Middlekauff is a dynamic leader with over 35 years' experience supporting business transformation through information technology. He has supported clients across multiple private sector industries and has extensive experience with many state and local government agencies. He is passionate about helping clients solve their business needs with innovative solutions and outstanding professional service. He comes to Business Advantage Consulting after many successful years with larger system integration companies such EDS, HP, Unisys, and most recently First Data, where he held a variety of positions including Global Industry Director for Social and Digital Citizen Services, North America Director for Health & Human Services, Director of Government Solutions, Principle Consultant, and Regional Director of Consulting Services. In addition to his executive leadership experience, Steve has extensive experience as an Enterprise Solutions Architect supporting the design and deployment of large-scale complex solutions for some of the largest corporations and agencies in the world. Steve has participated on numerous panels addressing social services trends and emerging needs, and was part of a select panel of industry experts requested to provide testimony to the Health Information Technology Policy Committee in Washington D.C. on the implications related to the Affordable Care Act.
