Daena Baker brings 18 years of finance and accounting experience to Fourshore Buske's leadership team, having held executive positions within small and large organizations in supply chain/logistics, marketing and design management, and consumer services. Prior to joining Fourshore Buske, Daena held the position of Divisional Vice President within Sears Holding Company overseeing the accounting, financial planning, and analysis functions of the $3B multi-national SHC Home Services business unit.
Jimmy Aho adds 23 years of complex logistics leadership experience to Fourshore Buske's executive team. Prior to joining Fourshore Buske in June of 2021, Jimmy oversaw a $1B in appliance repair technician operation and aftermarket repair parts distribution network at Sears Holding Company. Prior to Sears, Jimmy held numerous leadership roles within PepsiCo's supply chain division throughout a successful 18-year career. Jimmy's proven ability to organize and lead large, high functioning supply chain organizations gives Fourshore Buske the level of executive leadership needed to accelerate its growth trajectory.

John Babington is a seasoned supply chain executive with more than 24 years of warehousing distribution, transportation, and real estate expertise. Mr. Babington has excelled in creating and implementing innovative solutions for a wide range of fortune 500 clients throughout his career. Additionally, Mr. Babington brings a wealth of real estate development, investment, and property management expertise, having executed hundreds of transactions totaling in excess of $1 billion in exchanged value.

Larry McGriff adds a unique level of technical and operational expertise to the executive leadership team. Highly talented in systems integration, enterprise networking, process development, and building/implementing scalable operating systems and solutions Mr. McGriff's diverse background has been instrumental in Fourshore Buske's rapid expansion. Throughout his career, Larry has designed and developed the information technology and operating architecture of high-growth organizations within the logistics industry serving the most demanding fortune 500 company's supply chain needs.
Nick Heinz heads up the Fourshore Buske organization leveraging 15 years of leadership experience, having held executive positions within middle-market and large-cap companies operating in industries ranging from automotive, retail, manufacturing, financial services, and consumer packaged goods to real estate, food processing, and supply chain logistics. In addition to his current position, Mr. Heinz has specialized in complex turnaround restructuring engagements as a Vice President at AlixPartners, LLP and most recently as the CFO of the Sears Home Services business unit within Sears Holding Company.
