Cabouchon Properties, LLC, was formed in 1997 to invest with a long term perspective in large multifamily apartment complexes throughout the country. Cabouchon continually reinvests in each of its properties and manages them all with the knowledge that value is built not in the short term, but over time... Cabouchon is headquartered in San Francisco, on a downtown pier overlooking the Bay. Since its founding, the company has acquired and substantially rehabilitated seventeen apartment complexes totaling 2,117 units, with a valuation in excess of $220 million.
