Joining the team in 2019 as a shop employee, Colby Ellis rapidly honed his skills to become an exceptionally proficient drafter. With his mastery of programs like Cabinet Vision, Alphacam, and AutoCAD, Colby transforms your dream kitchen into a tangible reality. Going the extra mile for our more visually-oriented clients, he uses 3D programs to ensure their visions are flawlessly brought to life. Once drawings are approved, Colby works closely with the shop crew to ensure everything is built to CCW standards.
Jay is the heart of CCW. From a young age, he was immersed in the world of cabinetry, working alongside his dad, John, in their garage. Through those formative years, he discovered his true passion for craftsmanship. Jay has been a part of CCW since its conception back in 2004 and his expertise spans every facet of the trade, from building to spraying and installation - he's a true master of his craft. As the operations manager of CCW, Jay's genuine passion for cabinetry continue to drive the company's excellence - from estimating to final walk through, Jay will be with you through every step of the process.
Having grown up witnessing her family's dedicated work in the business, Sarah officially became part of the team in 2018. As the office manager at CCW, she oversees bookkeeping, HR, ordering, and marketing. Sarah firmly believes that a company's success is tied to its employees' well-being, and she is determined to cultivate a thriving work culture where everyone can enjoy coming in to work.
