She is an expert at call center management, performance improvement strategies, media plans to drive leads and calls into the centers, and list analysis and segmentation. She founded Byte Success Marketing in 2008.
As a digital marketing & sales leader for over 10 years, Jessica has managed multi-platform projects for local businesses as the only point of contact for aggressive growth strategies. She has received national recognition for her efforts from clients, peers, vendors, and publishers like Google.
Justin recently joined our management team. He specializes in financial management and forecasting.
Rick has been in the contact management business for more than 20 years. He has served as head of operations for several major telemarketing firms. He joined Byte Success in 2018.
