Andrew joined Cabot Risk Strategies in 2019 as Senior Counsel. His responsibilities include litigation strategy, management and negotiation of litigated and complex claims, oversight of outside counsel, and developing and ensuring adherence to policies, processes, and standards. Andrew also serves as in-house counsel on corporate matters.
Connor is a graduate of Quinnipiac University with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science & Communications. He is also a licensed Property & Casualty insurance Agent in the state of Massachusetts.

David Dowd joined Cabot Risk Strategies in 2009 as Claims Manager. David manages the auto and general liability claim unit handling claims and litigation on behalf of MIIA Member Services and is the supervisor for the Massachusetts Injured on Duty program administered by Cabot Risk. Prior to joining Cabot, David worked as an adjuster and supervisor with a prominent MA carrier. His prior experience includes responsibility for claim & litigation management; development of case resolution strategies, mediation and settlement. He has also served as an internal and external compliance auditor. David received his Bachelor of Arts with a Major in Political Science from The University of Massachusetts at Lowell.

Donna joined Cabot Risk Strategies in 2007 as an Account Manager and is now the Vice President of Operations. She oversees the Commercial Lines, Personal Lines and Municipal departments. Donna has been in the insurance business for over 30 years. She has extensive experience in larger and national accounts, having worked at large regional and national brokers in both Massachusetts and Texas. She has played an integral part in developing, training and auditing Cabot's commercial lines procedures. Throughout her career, Donna has been instrumental in developing and streamlining procedures to maximize time management while providing the highest quality of customer service.

Hank is the Vice President of Communications. He joined Cabot Risk Strategies in January of 2023 and is responsible for developing the company's strategic communications plan for marketing, public relations, social media, traditional media and community involvement.

Joe is President and Chief Executive Officer at Cabot Risk Strategies LLC and Cabot Risk Strategies Select LLC. Since its inception in 2006, Joe has been committed to ensuring Cabot delivers the highest quality service to its clients. He oversees Cabot's sales and marketing efforts, business development, finance and operations. Joe has over 30 years in the insurance industry. He began his insurance career at Hastings-Tapley as a Northeastern co-operative student in Cambridge, MA and later moved to Texas to establish their Dallas office. Upon his return from Texas, Joe became a top Account Executive for Hastings-Tapley and later USI New England. He has extensive experience in insurance consulting, business development, and account management. He serves on the Renaissance Alliance Advisory Committee (RAIS). He has a strong community focus and has served as a selectman for the Town of Boxford.
Kerri is a graduate of University of Massachusetts with a degree in Psychology and a Minor in Business Management. She is also a licensed Massachusetts life and health producer.

Kiira joined Cabot Risk Strategies in 2022 as the Human Resources Manager. She is responsible for supporting the daily human resources activities related to the employee life cycle. Kiira has been focused on human resources in her professional career since 2015 and previously worked as a business manager and executive assistant for over 10 years.

Larry is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Larry joined Cabot Risk Strategies in 2009 and focuses on developing and growing the Employee Benefits division. He has expertise in employee health benefits design and managing fully insured and self-funded programs. He is also responsible for strategic planning for a number of municipal accounts for MIIA Member Services.

Matthew joined Cabot in 2022 as IT Manager. He is responsible for the strategic oversight and day-to-day management of Cabot's IT environment including networking, end user support, e-mail, telephone systems, and IT staff. Matthew has experience in the areas of operations management, risk assessment, system integration, and server management. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Certified Google Project Management Professional.

Paula joined Cabot Risk Strategies in 2016 as Director of Human Resources. Paula is responsible for all areas of Human Resources and Administration including: talent strategy, compensation and performance management programs, policy development, employee benefits, employee relations, office services, administrative staff. Paula comes to Cabot with over 20 years of experience in all areas of HR and has a demonstrated record as a strategic business partner in leading and coaching management and staff through extensive organizational change and international growth. Paula holds a BA in business from Colby College, as well as a Human Resources Certification from Bentley University. She has also earned the SPHR and SCP-SHRM professional designations.

Gina is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She has been with Cabot Risk Strategies since its inception in 2006 and is responsible for the areas of finance, accounting, human resources, facilities, and administrative services. Gina has more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting management, and previously held the position of Vice President/Comptroller with USI New England, formerly Hastings-Tapley. Gina serves on the Senior Management Committees for Cabot Risk Strategies LLC, Cabot Risk Strategies Select, LLC and Strategic Asset Partners, LLC.
Rob is a Senior Account Executive who specializes in Employee Benefits, with over a decade of experience. Rob focuses on small to mid-size companies who prefer a consultative vs. transactional approach. He enjoys educating business owners, C-suite executives, and Human Resources professionals about creative and different ways to look at employee benefits and encourages employers to build a strong benefit brand.

Steve is the Vice President of Claim Operations and Risk Management Operations. Steve has been with Cabot Risk Strategies since it opened its doors in 2006.
Tara is a Senior Account Executive and has been with the team since 2016. She is responsible for the management of current accounts in central Massachusetts and also the onboarding of new accounts to the trust.
Tara is a Registered Health Underwriter, licensed as a Massachusetts life, health, property & casualty producer.
Thomas Chouinard started his career at Cabot Risk Strategies in 2016 as a Claims Supervisor. He currently oversees a dedicated team of claim handlers responsible for the MIIA Member Services account and claim coordinators responsible for setting up all claims reported to Cabot. Tom has over 35 years of experience in claims as an adjuster, supervisor and manager. He has expertise with all lines of property and casualty claims and workers' compensation and is experienced in working with large carriers. Tom holds a BA in Business Administration & Mathematics from Colby College. He is licensed in NH, CT, RI, VT & ME, and has his CCLA (Casualty Claim Law Associate) designation.
