We can help you develop a plan to make positive change. This might include attending a group, counselling, reading some material, or accessing one of our specialist services. We are here to help you make the changes you want... We welcome families whanau and friends of people affected by alcohol and other drug use. We offer groups specifically for family where you can be with others to share and learn about dependency, substances, boundaries and develop useful coping strategies.
