Computers have been in my life since 1986 thanks to my father. At first I was interested in making music using QBasic. Then with the computer courses at school, I got more into programming. At the end of 80s my father was developing his own ERP system using DBase IV. And that was my first exposure to databases and ERP systems. I later on developed my own little ERP in early 90s for a patisserie chain to handle production, inventory and purchasing. During my university years I was more interested in networks and hardware. I had my own computer business focused on assembling custom computers/workstations for customers. And in terms of programming, I focused more on client server applications. I also had good experience on mathematical processing in C/C++ (Fourier transforms, etc.) to write a high-energy particles simulator as graduation project... Fast forward to 2000, when I finally managed to graduate and get my BSc. degree in Physics, I got offered a job with an SAP consulting..
